Very interesting. I wonder if that vehicle was shown driving around the house. Wonder where it drove in from. Has anyone else seen pictures with tire tracks leading to there?

My husband says it looks like a Chevy Blazer around 1990 ~ has square headlights or a GMC version as a Sonoma SUV style.

It must have been terrible for NO's father today especially given that NO's father may have known GD prior to today. Such courage for the father.

I am so puzzled. I know appearances can be deceiving but there really is no indication either grandparent would harm child. I also dont think that if either grandparent had child because they had to get away quickly after seeing or being involved in something bad, they wouldn't contact Nathan's parents. I have a gut feeling that there has been contact with Nathan's parents because of the silence since their first statement. Which leads them to be in the position of not being able to speak for fear of jeopardizing the investigation. Its a long stretch to go from cooking meth and impersonation to killing a child. I just dont see it. Also if DG had indeed been involved in a car crash that killed someone, the media would be all over it and it would have come out at his court case. More likely is that he knew the family or that he didnt know the family but read about it in the paper. Yet why would he take that identity? I think the accident got to him for some reason. Does anyone know anything about MH and his sister's parents? Have the police talked to them?

MHO too, SamKelly. I still like FC, the ex-boyfriend of the L's daughter, EL, who just got out of jail last December after spending 4 years incarcerated for shooting at her with a handgun at point blank range- she was a witness at his attempted murder trial - and for breaking into his elderly employer's house and bedroom at 8 AM the next morning, still wielding his gun, to ask their advice about what he should do. So FC and DG. Jail time. Both with connections to the family. Seems like these two might have lots in common?? Just wondering aloud. IMOs only.

(Incidentally, this story spells the surname Likness - double "s" but all the other stories and the court record have only one "s". Also, it should be noted that the court later found "Chora’s 9mm Beretta handgun reportedly discharged accidentally while he was getting out of former girlfriend Eileen Liknes’ car" although what he was doing driving around Calgary with a loaded 9mm Beretta handgun did not appear to interest the court. Did I mention that, according to testimony, the gun accidentally discharged at close range as he was disembarking EL's car when she stopped and ordered him to get out.)
