Well, just thinking....
If I was working somewhere, and that place went out of business, and I wasn't paid for my last week or two at work, then I heard they had a sale, I might be tempted to go ask for my paycheck! Face it, times are tough! You've got bills, a family, etc., and you need that pay! I don't know how often they were paid, whether weekly, monthly, etc., but they were owed money! Now it wouldn't be a lot, but that sale should have been enough to pay at least one or two of the employees, IMO! It wouldn't be enough for me to fight someone, injure, or murder, but I could see me going there and saying I wanted my pay.
IF things took a turn at that point, who knows!
Perhaps the green truck has nothing at all to do with this case. And perhaps there are OTHER green trucks that haven't been identified *I truly believe there are!!** While I'm not from Canada, never been there, etc., I doubt their farming differs that much from ours. That green truck, my Dad drove a Chevy that color a '76, for many, many years! Even after it wasn't on the road, it still functioned as a farm truck. Still took cattle and hogs to the stock market, still loaded hay on it, etc. There's rich farmers that have new equipment. And there's poor farmers who use what they have until it no longer works. You don't waste money going out and buying a new truck , or equipment just because someone else does, when you have a perfectly functioning truck. ALL IMO, from my experiences.
At this point, we don't even know WHO the blood belonged to! It could be neither of the missing family and a completely different person! We don't know!!
Let's say someone came back to load an item they bought. Well, what if they decided to rob the couple, or something. Might be there blood, and their vehicle used as the get away. Just don't know.
Seems there was financial stress going on for sure. Owing taxes, closing businesses, no realtor license but advertising as such. The various reports of where they were actually going. Guess they didn't have close neighbors or friends they were planning on keeping in contact with, because no one knows their true moving. Did they buy a house? Is there way to look that up? Where were they going to stay in Mexico? Did they own a place there? Renting a place? Staying with family? No one seems to know. Lots of mystery involved, IMO.
As close as the facebook page seems, between the grandma, and kids, I'm surprised she would be willing to leave them for 6 months at a time. Maybe she was OK with that. Maybe she had no choice.
I just want them found, dag nab it!!!
