I think that Dumont-Walker will be granted bail, with restrictions. I'm curious whether she will be allowed to travel freely in Canada to, for example, attend the Leacock Humour Fiction gala in Ontario. If so, then she has the same rights as people who are not facing criminal charges in two countries.
