The slain bodies of Edmonton seniors Perry Kit Wong and Eloise Fendelet were discovered in a snow-covered field in April 2011, four months after the pair vanished.
The remains of the couple were discovered by a man four-wheeling on the property near 215 Street and Webber Green Drive.
Wong, 72, was last seen meeting with friends in a west Edmonton neighbourhood the day he went missing, Dec. 27, 2010. Friends contacted police when the pair failed to return to work on Jan. 3, 2011.
For 33 years, Fendelet, 71, owned Oral Ceramics Dental Laboratory, where the couple kept a pet tortoise, Ruby.
Investigators believe the pair were killed shortly after they disappeared.
