Missing since: February 23, 1991
Missing from: Montréal, Québec, Canada
Classification: Missing
Vital Statistics:
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Lejeune was last seen on February 23, 1991 in Montréal. It is believed that she left after having a fight with her then boyfriend. He states that she left after their argument and he never saw her again. She was not initially reported missing. Police filed a missing person report a year later.
Louise’s mother says that she had a habit of wandering off but would return home a week or two later. There are mixed opinions about whether she was known to wander off for weeks at a time. It is believed that she would have contacted her mother or step father after she left her home on the evening of the alleged argument; they lived only a short distance away.
