This is one case that if it ever goes to trial, I hope I'm not picked for jury duty. :thud:

THAT would be a nightmare, those poor folks will be subject to the videos and pictures and have to see it all.

With all the evidence it likely never goes that far, I dont really know how the Canadian legal system works compared to ours anyway but I would imagine this ends up with a plea deal of some sort. BUT he is probably the type that will ENJOY going to trial and reliving it all so maybe not.
 
BTW ... that Munro house pic, from what i've been able to determine, seems to be associated with a male escort svce and a name JM associated with it but with that long-haired pic of LRM as its central persona.

Well good peeps ... I have to go in a bit and actually have some light-hearted fun for the weekend. Will be in and out a bit sporadically.

I don't think there will be a plea deal. If he hadn't fled, perhaps insanity but he fled. He knew exactly what he was doing. Heck, he even wrote how to disappear and never be found.

He cant last long in France or Europe in general, that place is crawling with Interpol, cameras everywhere and security checkpoints everywhere you turn, worst possible area to flee to.
 
i am fascinated and horrified by this case, but amazed that the average internet user seems to know more about this guy then what the police and media are reporting. he was in *advertiser censored* but my searches show his cheaply made movies were made years ago (2003 and 2004) for streetbait.com and "his first huge c**k in which he used both the names Luka and Jimmy. he was not a *advertiser censored* "Star" at all. he did seem to know the "gay for pay" *advertiser censored* star murderer

also in reading about him supposedly having sex with his real mother... on youtube there are postings (most likely that he created himself) that link to 3 separate films of a young skinny guy having sex with much older "mother" type women. the links identify the films as Luka Magnotta, but none seem to be him and one clearly shows a tattoo he does not have.

so not only are many of his pics photoshopped, but he's not even the actor in films he claims to have made.

OK if he was charged with fraud when he was 22, then why did he have these conditions?

And he was told he could not use the Internet or e-mail.
But for a man who is now accused of being the star of a gruesome online murder video, it's Newman's final condition that is perhaps the most telling. The court documents show he was ordered "not to possess any 35-mm cameras, digital cameras or video cameras."

Interesting you bring that up because some of my coworkers have brought up the fact that the media is referring to him as a *advertiser censored* "star".

He's a nobody! He's a lowlife . (trying to stay within TOS)

Renville identified Magnotta by doing an online search using the title of the video, and its accompanying song True Faith by the band New Order. He found a post on YouTube that included a screen grab of a social media site that had Magnotta’s name and a photo of him sitting in front of a poster of the movie Casa Blanca – which also appears in the video.

“It’s a damn rough world out there,” concluded Renville, who watched the horrific footage about 10 times in search for clues. “I am less confident of my understanding about our world today than I was last week.”

also found him more recently as "Justin2" on a site called daddymugs. he was in the lowest levels of *advertiser censored* and was only a star in his own mind.
