MM and TB were charged with first degree murder. This means that the crime was in fact premeditated. The question i do have is, since it appears that both MM and TB were deeply involved in the BDSM community would it be plausible that they had intended to abduct a victim to feed their "urges" and let her go, but then realized that they couldn't just let her go because she had seen their faces so they decided they had to take her life and/or in the midst of fulfilling their sick fantasies they accidentally took her life by the inflicted harm they had caused her. If the abduction turned into murder that was not originally intended could they still be charged with first degree murder or would it have to ALL be planned?

I am thinking of PB and KH in regards to TH being poisoned and assaulted leading to her death.

Also, it could be possible that MM and TB attempted to abduct NP but she fought her attackers and they took her life. Perhaps never becoming a victim of a sexual assault?

I can only hope they never got the chance to violate this poor girl. I hope she fought back with all she had and that is why MM is in splints. Just the thought of all this disgusts me.

I think it can qualify as 1st degree if 2 serious crimes are committed at the same time....for example, murder & rape or forcible confinement. Even if not premeditated.
 
Edit: Ignore below I was mistaken and incorrect ( Wish i could blame it on the booze :( but none around)

TB and NP knew each other according to NP facebook ( Scentsy was listed with TBs name) So to me she was targeted directly if it was premeditated

kind of just speaking into the universe, but i would like to know how an arrest was made so quickly. almost seems like part of the "thrill" was being caught?

TB posted this commentary under the topic of Sexual Abuse and BDSM only a month ago. Appears that she herself was a victim of abuse - at least in her words:

ok, what is Scentsy? So, you are saying that they knew NP and TB knew each other for sure? Can you please explain this?

Scentsy is candles ( think avon) and according to NPs facebook under likes i believe it shows Scentsy with TBs name next to it as if a rep for scentsy. I do not know if they actually knew each other but it would imply they did.
 
I is SO much more shocking and saddening when you see her in the Xmas pictures on her family's FB pages.
I almost hope that they do not close their pages...because it will be so 'humanizing' when it goes to trial.

Am I an idiot thinking that way???
