CANADA - shooter in RCMP vehicle and uniform, 23 killed - Portapique, NS *suspect dead*

I believe the RCMP constable rammed him in Shubenacadie (on the hwy). The killer shot Const. Stevenson, dragged her out of the vehicle, and shot her again. (I'm not sure, but I wonder if the other constable was in the same car?) Joe, driving a Tracker on the way to pick up furnace fuel, and apparently unaware of the violence he was approaching, saw there was a collision and came to help. The killer shot him and took the Tracker (the reason the police expected to find him in a Tracker). Apparently, he then went to Gina's place (home?), killed her and took her Mazda. I believe he stopped to refuel twice, but was unsuccessful the first time for some reason. I don't know which vehicle that was in. When he pulled in to refuel the Mazda the last time, there was an unmarked police vehicle with a tactical team also fueling. He didn't see them, but was recognised, at which point he "went for a gun" (perhaps inside the car), and was shot by RCMP.

None of those identified as neighbours seemed the partying type, and were either much older or younger than GW.

However, I recall that there may be 4 people missing but not yet identified.

I saw an article that described the Blair’s as people who would have a beer and shoot the sh@t with.....maybe the “party” was there? It would fit with the cops finding bodies inside and outside the initial residence and the Blair’s older son (I believe his son from a previous relationship) said the 2 boys are now with him and that their dad was shot outside and their mom came into the house and was shot inside the bedroom. They then ran to McCully’s house. All in an article from this morning I still can’t figure out how to link. The multiple bodies inside and outside never sat right with me. And now the girlfriend has been accounted for (I was stuck on who she was....none of the victims fit).....a party or gathering does make that make a bit more sense.

Thanks for posting this but now I'm even MORE ticked off. Now, we Southern Ontarians are FINALLY being told that there were, not ONE, but TWO idiots impersonating police officers. One still on the loose apparently. Given what has just happened in Nova Scotia, our OPP FINALLY think they should let us know? How benevolent of them. Sorry, and understand I'm not against LE, I have friends that are LE, but for goodness sake, don't we deserve to know these lunatics are out there? They wait until a massacre to realize the public needs to know these weirdos are impersonating police??

I fear there are dozens if not hundreds of fake police trolling through the U.S. and Canada. Search YouTube for fake cop, police impersonater, etc. They're not all killers, of course, but it takes a certain personality type to do this. Imo

Don't know if this one was linked already, but this man sells decommissioned police cars and was approached by GW 20 months ago. GW told the man he was a retired RCMP and that he wanted a cheap cruiser to park on his property to keep the locals from stealing things from his cottage ...

In the video of him caught changing into the vest that timestamp was about 5 mins. to 11am. So he only had an approximate 25 min. window to get down the road get rammed by HS cruiser, sadly to kill her (and shoot and injure another officer) and steal another vehicle and also to shoot the driver of that vehicle as well? Do we know how far away the incident from video is captured to where his fake cop car is rammed into? I'll look at a map.

Looks to me like there's only two on/off ramps in the area;

224 by the Shubenacadie River. And 102 at 14 by Tractor Dome Inc. I would assume one of those two. The 224 looks right based on pics.

About 18 mins, or 22kms approximately.

I believe it was an unmarked vehicle and by the time he recognized them it was likely too late JMO

The article says they were refuelling an UNMARKED vehicle......but I wouldn’t put it past him to do it for the thrill.

IMO it would only take, maximum a couple of minutes to force his way into Gina Goulet's home, shooting, finding her car keys and driving off.

And he wasn't likely abiding by the speed limit when he drove there.

Presumably, he knew where she lived (I doubt she lived at her dental office), or was it complete fluke that another denturists was the first isolated cottage he found when looking to change vehicles?

If one of the LEOs was outside the car, GW was familiar enough with police issue uniforms, he would have recognized them even though it was an unmarked vehicle.
