Hello to all! This is my first post. I've been actively reading all your posts and keeping up to date on LE findings via web, news, and live streams. Too many unanswered questions at this point, it seems. But if we get back to basics as to motive and why the truck was stolen, you will see here top reasons for vehicles being stolen..........

Now look at the 4 top reasons for stealing vehicles in this country and ask the ever so popular question "why would a millionaire steal a used truck when he could easily buy one?" Simple...to use it for another crime. You have your motive.

Sure does point towards the theory of DM being involved in organized crime....

WM's obituary and what bothers me the most about it:

It is fairly obvious that DM wrote the obituary. The one line that stuck out to me in the write-up was this:

The only people he feared were racists.

Since DM wrote this was it Wayne who feared racists or really Dellen who feared racists?

The thing about the obituary that really got me was how he referred to his father as "Wayne". He makes it clear it's him that writing it, and then doesn't really refer to him as "my father" or "my dad". It just seems so impersonal and...cold.
I wonder if he was one of those kids that referred to his parents by their first name (which imo is just weird), or if he was angry when he wrote it (those left behind after a suicide, if it really was, often experience a great deal of anger toward the deceased).
I just can't help but feel that if he was truly the loved and loving son that we are supposed to believe, that he would have written that obituary using "Dad" rather than Wayne to address his father.

Not necissarily. When DM bought property, he said he was going to build a house on it. Him and "fiance" were discussing where the house should go. If he decided to build himself with help of friends who seem handy IMO he may have been clearing brush. IMO the time line of when it was brought to the farm will be telling.

If he was doing trees or brush he would have brought in a wood chipper or shredding machines, like they use on the sides of roads. People do not just have incinerators on farms and that is why the neighbour farmers took the photos.

I thought it was strange that he mentions his father fearing people, whether they are racists or anyone at all. I also thought it was strange that he mentions that the photo on his father's license is a good photo. Weird and detached IMO, but I suppose people will make weird statements after their father is shot in the eye. JMO

It could have to do with his native heritage??? A LOT of people are racist towards that population in Ontario unfortunately.

A neighbour who lives next door to the Tinsmith Crt. address where the trailer was found said it first appeared in the driveway late Thursday. The home belongs to Millard’s mother, Madeleine Burns, who is listed as the sole owner.
“It was suspicious in that it was parked right up against the garage,” said Frank Cianfarani, who called the police to have them check out the trailer.

As I mentioned before, some people have very interesting neighbors. Sheesh!

just my thought: what i find odd maybe just me, but when i've read or watch tv/movies/read most suicides by gun is gunshot to the head,by placeing it in/to mouth or temple ect, not 'in eye'

when you click on the link why so many crime scenes on the one property? shown on the map..gosh if they were in a panick to dispose of body would they not just do it quick and leave? not run around all over a 100 acre property in the dark...there is def more to this,

Many people who are in busines with family members refer to each other by their first names or even surnames. It's never a particularly good idea, in a medium to large size company, when the CEO is dealing with an employee issue to reply, "Well, I'll get back to you on that as soon as I find out what grampie thinks."

The best motive I have heard yet - makes perfect sense. The only other possible would be a thrill kill and this is very hard to write.

Yes, but why murder also? What was that motive? They could have let TB out at the side of a road. T would not have known who they were and their description to LE by TB would have been run of the mill. Just imo.

I have only seen three pictures of him that are decades old (he had long hair) and he did not look bi-racial. It's strange that there are no recent pictures of him. It seems like he was a reclusive person in later life.

I have been following the boards as well - and I agree the obit was very strange - just my opinion but maybe the word 'racist' in the obit has a double meaning; that is racing specialists?

INdustrial areas seem to be a big connection here..phone found in industrial area..and there are photos of the actual business online of the police at that business unit..not sure I can post but they are out there just not confirmed by MSM but 2 pics of that industrial unit..also in this article it says where the 1st test drive took place, another industrial area of Etobicoke..familiarity of industrial areas?

Police said the man was immediately suspicious of the pair, who walked up to his business, located in a remote industrial area of Etobicoke.

There is definitely something to this. If you look at google maps/landsat of the farm on Roseville Rd there is what looks to be an industrial area immediately to the south of the oval (horse?) track.
