...but, perhaps they had a reason to be downtown?...or in the urban area? ...whereas, if they were in a rush, as most people who are stealing a truck would be, they would take the 403, take the Oak Park exit to a known dumpster.. and get onto the back roads as soon as they could...So, IMO if they were in fact seen downtown, there was a reason they had to go that route.

As repugnant as it may be, try thinking like the perp in deciding what your route would be.

A potential reason is the 403 is a much busier roadway than Wilson/Colborne at that time of night on a weekday. If you're DM, the last thing you want is a trucker peering down from a high up vantage point into the vehicle and seeing either TB being restrained or perhaps already dead at that point.

The Wilson route into Brantford also offers the availability of quiet side roads where DM and accomplices could have had privacy to either subdue TB or do worse.

Lastly, when you get on the 403 at Trinity Rd the next exit is Garden Ave in Brantford. If police, or anyone else, had decided to pursue them they would have been trapped on the 403 for 15 kilometres before an exit presented itself. The Wilson route provides quick access to a literal maze of sideroads in the rural areas as an escape route.

There is also this piece: someone further back in the threads said TB mentioned he was taking the buyers for a test drive at the fairgrounds. The fairgrounds sit at the corner of Trinity and Wilson. So turning left onto Wilson in expectation of making a U-turn back to Trinity or another sideroad back to TB's home on Trinity may have been TB's desired route for the test drive. But once on Wilson the perps just kept going all the way into Brantford. Food for thought.

What an ignorant and arrogant lot of remarks from his lawyer. What, are criminals and murderers only those who didn't finish high school and come from low-income blue-collar families? If anything, I think those who've lead a privileged life, who come from much wealth and opportunity - they may be more inclined to get involved in criminal activities because they are often full of themselves, have a great sense of entitlement, feel they are above the law, have access to the best lawyers, lots of times have deep family connections with LE and politicians, and have the freedom and financial means to slide under the radar. I think his lawyer should go to Hollywood.

Yes also in the news these days, (Moosehead heir) Richard Oland's son as a suspect in his murder

That has been answered in thread 5 and 6

I take photos of my neighbours daily they sell crack cocaine and pot... maybe one day when police will be brave enough to come and investigate I will have photos to prove it

What's been answered? I wasn't asking a question, I was stating my opinion. ;)

Oh there is an answer to this is there?

Transfer of the body is just a theory not in MSM

you have to read these previous threads from the beginning.. the answers are there from 1000 different angles..
I can probably collect all and write a book..

But I can't reason, that the phone was dumped...I feel it accidently fell out during the body transfer. I concur about hwy24, so why stop at the found phone location?

If the suspects pulled the battery at Ancaster Fairgrounds area, why would the victim still have it on him?

I don't think there are definitive answers for many things

Blomquist's 6. TB's remains are found on DM's farm burned beyond recognition. Who put him there and why ?

and

6. The killer... and the ONLY person who knew about the exterminator and its location and probably had the instruction book on how to use it.

I think there is much we will NOT have answered until the trial and that is a good thing, its evidence and I think they have a lot or they would not have proceeded to charge DM.

Has it actually been confirmed anywhere that the farm is, in fact, where TB's remains were found and further, has it been confirmed that the exterminator equipment was used in an effort to cremate him? Links to either fact would be helpful.

1./ Revenge/Payback

2./ Money

3./ Getting him out of the way (reason unknown at this point)

4./ History of a feud against MillardAir/Millards

5./ Seizing of land/property

6./ Jealousy

7./ Corporate takeover

The list goes on... just depends who is interested in what. Could be any of the above or a mix of several things...

So why not just have DM killed instead of Tim Bosma?

I live in Brantford and there is one thing that is being left out by LE.
There were 2 bodies found behind the casino Friday May 10. The casino is located in downtown Brantford.
No confirmation as to exactly who they were as this wasn't released to the MSM.
Have LE confirmed exactly where TB's body was found?
Could one of them been TB and 1 of the suspects?? or the 2 suspects??
This would explain why LE doesn't seem to be actively searching for the suspects by not releasing a sketch and just giving a vague description.
Nothing is making any sense at all in this case and none of the puzzle pieces seem to fit so far.

I did not hear that! Geesh...that's crazy...this is all so crazy

LE has not confirmed the incinerator was involved, and only gave the location of TB's remains as in Waterloo region

Waterloo Region = Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, North Dumfries, Ayr

"An incinerator has been found at a farm owned by the man accused of murdering Tim Bosma, the homicide detective in charge of the investigation has confirmed.

But police are not certain if it was used to burn the Ancaster man’s body, said Hamilton police Det. Sgt. Matt Kavanagh.

Kavanagh said forensic officers are trying to determine if the incinerator found on the property belonging to Dellen Millard in North Dumfries was used in connection with Bosma’s murder or the disposal of his body."

It is unclear to me whether the description of the long sleeved shirt was from him or SB. If they both said long sleeved orange shirt, my question is why a wealthy dude--or anyone for that fact, would wear the same shirt 2 days in a row.

Sorry if this has been answered already.

The first description containing the long sleeves was given by SB after Tim disappeared on May 6, prior to LE locating the Etobicoke seller. That desription is in post #14 of Thread 1:

[ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=9392661&postcount=14"]Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - Found Deceased Canada -Timothy Bosma, 32, Hamilton Ontario, 6 May 2013 - #1[/ame]

After the Etobicoke seller was located and interviewed, another description was given that included the tattoo seen by the Etobicoke seller on May 5 when the suspect was wearing short sleeves.

So, he did not wear the same shirt 2 days in a row.

At one point I thought they might have transported the body from the truck (where there is no cover) to the SUV (where there is) but the fact that the seats are gone in the truck suggests to me that they made a mess of the truck and kept the body there...

The act of murder and its immediate aftermath could have left bodily fluids of one sort or another on the seats. Hair and fibre evidence would be another reason to want to dispose of the seats. I haven't heard anything said of the other aspects of the vehicle interior: were the steering wheel and dashboard wiped down? Was the vehicle washed on the outside? Was the interior carpeting left intact?

What someone said a few posts back about the phone falling out while moving TB's body, that would make perfect sense if the phone were found on the roadway or a sidewalk. It would be dark in the industrial area and in a rush to get moving post-transfer, the perps wouldn't have time to look for the phone if they heard it hit the pavement. But if the phone was found in a bush or further from the road then I doubt the transfer theory.

... says that TB was targeted. Have I misunderstood something?

Your previous statement said you didn't think anyone wanted the truck... if that were the case, why risk hanging on to it, if you were after TB... they had him, they murdered him, then why hang on to the truck. I responded to your previous comment.

So why not just have DM killed instead of Tim Bosma?

Very good question.

If DM were killed though, LE would be actively searching for his killer and the killer would have to cover his own tracks or frame somebody else.

If the suspects pulled the battery at Ancaster Fairgrounds area, why would the victim still have it on him?
Good point but we don't have confirmation that the battery just didn't Die in his pocket and was never physically pulled.
If they did physically pull the battery, then they placed it on the side of the road next to each other. Personally I think the less evidence and trails the better. So leaving it , so
LE can possibly find it is just crazy.
They have to get rid of a body, so why not make it a package deal.

I have been here since the beginning

I don't think there are definitive answers for many things

I have been from begging as well and I see that many posts are going in the same circle over and over and over again..
asked the same or in similar fashion just different wording..

Is there some spot that indicates what time the phone was dumped in Brantford? The reason I ask is I'm starting to wonder about the sighting of TB's truck in downtown Brantford at 10:10. If they were Downtown, the route would have been Highway 52 which turns into Colburn Street..and where DM's phone was found would have been the longest and slowest route possible to that dumpster...but, perhaps they had a reason to be downtown?...or in the urban area? ...whereas, if they were in a rush, as most people who are stealing a truck would be, they would take the 403, take the Oak Park exit to a known dumpster.. and get onto the back roads as soon as they could...So, IMO if they were in fact seen downtown, there was a reason they had to go that route. Why didn't they just dump the phone out the window into the ditch...or on the road? They could have thrown the sim card out the window?

Hwy 24 would have been the fastest route back to the Airport or the farm. Yet, they either spent 15 minutes driving from downtown Brantford to the dumpster..or they were on the 403 and drove past the 24 exit by 5 min just to dump the phone? Now, if it was planned to take the back roads, I don't think DM and and City friends would be able to navigate them that well...even with GPS... Sorry if this is confusing! Check the maps and let me know your thoughts...

Sorry its late, wanted to respond but, I believe that your answer was in the final afternoon video from LE where they took questions from the Media, they specifically answered a lot of the "timeline" questions.

The video, I posted it about 2-3 pages back OR you can click on my name and get the post through that means as well. Apologies but, I am just about outa steam for the night.

My "thoughts" are that they had to "improvise" after having to kill TB in the truck, honestly, I don't think that was the plan.. as LE has stated, there was a "struggle" in the vehicle. That tells me there was something they found, maybe dents or scuffs that were obvious once they retrieved the truck from the mom's driveway.

DM has an employee living in Brantford.. SS
