LOLOL!!!! In defense of Picklechris, my beach truck has a shovel, metal detector, rubber mallet, chain, two wooden boards, leatherman, a couple of filet knives, zip ties, trowel and pick, fishing rods, pvc pipe, used plastic grocery bags, a couple of those big furniture moving pads, and a box of scrap copper wire that Mr wm salvages from the job site, and a very eclectic assortment of CDs. :thinking:
 
Had to laugh .... police couldn't find any living relative's.

Yet Huff post track down his sister with a different surname ....

and she's surprised the cops couldn't find any of his relo's ....he has SIX brothers!!!

IKR? David Lohr is a great investigative crime reporter and is a WS member. He has already tracked down some known locations for Falls. They are posted in the Chillicothe thread and Bessie has started a separate thread for Falls. Lohr posted he had additional info that he can't share yet but to e-mail him if interested.

Here's the locations so far that DL posted.....

Falls' former addresses according to a background check. Obviously you need to keep in mind these records are not always 100 percent accurate:

Henderson, Nevada (May 2005-?)
Albany, Oregon (1998 - ?)
Lebanon, Oregon (1996-1999) Hunting/fishing licenses issued there in 1997 and 1998.
Klamath Falls, Oregon (1990-1992)
Butler, Indiana (Gun permit issued Dec. 2001. Expired in 2005)
Eugene, Oregon (Verizon cellphone registered to a po box)
Veneta, Oregon (T-Mobile cellphone registered to a po box)
Coos Bay, Oregon (1990s)
Springfield, Oregon (last known address)

Falls, whose last known residence was in Springfield, Oregon, spent the last seven months of his life traveling the country, authorities said. He had recently been pulled over for a traffic violation in Texas, police said.

Creeps me out that he was a security guard at Hoover Dam! It really makes me wonder if he is involved in the Niagra Falls dismembered victims' cases. He's apparently lived off the grid for awhile.
 
This story gives me so much pleasure.... dumb *advertiser censored*...possible serial killer being wasted by his potential victim..... the very thought that our LISK is only a heartbeat away from being caught/killed by a potential victim....!!!!!!....if a victim doesn't get him....DNA through a relative finally will....ohhhh ....the careful planning... ha...the joke is on this idiot......

Thankfully, the victim is okay and quick thinking on her part, she likely saved other lives. This perp travelled to different states, so wonder if the NY Long Island serial killer committed crimes in other upstate or in other states as well, like NJ, PA. Did LE definitively rule out the Atlantic City, NJ murders? I don't think the Long Island Serial Killer has lived off the grid, but likely travels for work. There was recently some animal bones found in burlap around Youngstown NY. Even though bones not human, the use of burlap peaked my interest, ie maybe serial killer murdered animals before evolving or for practice in avoiding detection (http://wivb.com/2015/07/20/coast-guard-calls-in-coroner-after-finding-bag-of-bones/). fyi there is a lot of NYS thruway work going on this time of year and found close to Coast Guard Station. (Both professions may require intrastate travel). Jmo/
 
Given the little we know about Falls, I'd still have a VERY hard time matching him to everything I *think* I know about LISK. For starters, I don't believe that LISK dismembers...and I'm almost positive we'll learn that Falls did. I also don't believe that LISK is an out-of-towner...I'd bet my farm he's a Long Island resident. Most likely a native NYer. And the "game" for LISK involves a hell of a lot more than just making a date, knocking on the provider's door and saying, "Live or die!". I think he courts his victims. Maybe Falls did that, but my gut tells me he's more into a blitz attack than a slow burn.

All just my opinion, of course.

Here is an article on the Niagara Falls, NY murders. My guess is the Niagara Falls, NY cases are not related to LISK unless the murders are more organized group/gang type killings, possibly debt related/pimp being "ripped" off? Niagara Falls is a pretty depressed area (outside of the tourist spots) with illegal drug trade, prostitution, vacant homes, and other crimes. It seems like the NF perp would be more local to area, similar to the fairly recent Cleveland serial killer (ie dumped bodies in home/vacant homes); https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Sowell. But if there is a connection to LISK/NF/or even AC then I think it is organized crime related or possibly the serial killer is part of organized crime. Or someone who surrounds themselves in that lifestyle (NF and AC have casinos, drug routes, prostitution rings). NF is also close to Canada and there was a serial killer that had NY/Montreal/Alaska connections (he was caught, and his last murder was in 2012 http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/alaska...nd area and already being discussed here. I do not live in the North East; so, I am not familiar the quintessential mob type slaying. In my neck of the woods, gang type slayings are typically an up close and personal gun or a flurry of gun shots into an apartment or street corner. I am not aware of a gang killing where the female victim is cut into pieces and thrown in the river or left in a vacant house. I do not understand the tendency of several on this board to lay the LISK killings and others at the feet of "an organized gang". I am not in LE so perhaps I don't know what I'm talking about.

Really? If that's the case, I think he's a good candidate for Manorville and some of the Long Island dismemberment cases.
