Police on Long Island are still investigating the unsolved killings of 10 victims of an apparent serial killer or killers. The 10 bodies were found with a couple of miles of one another, and several of the victims have been identified as prostitutes. Until Tuesday, no suspects had been identified in any of the deaths.

But Biancavilla said after the sentencing that remains of some victims found along Gilgo Beach "may be attributed to the handiwork of Mr. Bittrolff." He said the investigation was ongoing.

...

Bittrolff's attorney, Jonathan Manley, said there was never a mention of any connection between his client and the Gilgo killings throughout the trial.

"This was never mentioned before," Manley said. "This is a serious accusation with absolutely no factual basis. Mr. Bittrolff maintains his innocence in the deaths of Ms. Tangredi and Ms. McNamee and any insinuation that he had anything to do with the Gilgo killings is laughable and meant simply to attract headlines."

Whenever the killer or killers of the victims in the Gilgo case are apprehended, the statements by Biancavilla will "significantly impede the prosecution by immediately creating reasonable doubt," Manley said.

I just heard that another person mentioned on this Board was arrested yesterday. Don't know what it was for, or even if this is true - BUT this guy is as good as anyone for these crimes.

Babylon Town board member Lindsay Henry has been arrested and charged with beating a woman in a domestic incident, Suffolk County police said Wednesday.

Henry, 54, of Oak Beach, pleaded not guilty to third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, in First District Court in Central Islip.

“I have nothing to say,” Henry said outside a courtroom on Wednesday.

“During a domestic dispute, the victim suffered a physical injury on September 10,” said Assistant Police Commissioner Justin Meyers. “Henry surrendered himself to the First Precinct on September 12. He was held overnight.”

As a former officer whose pet peeve is domestic abuse, 3rd degree assault could be something as little as slapping the victim. Wish it said the extent of the injuries.

that
What about the felony assault in Massachusetts?
That story did not appear in the early edition of Newsday. Beat the same gal up in Cape Cod on a boat in Massachusetts. She dropped the charges.

You should also note that 20 years ago 8 prostitutes were found dead on roadways of a local highway over a period of almost a year. Guess who was hanginout in that neck of the woods back then?

Lyndsay Henry - domestic violence charges
Christopher Loeb - same thing.

what's in the water in Lawn Guyland?

Steven king refers to lh behavior as "slippage". He is a creeper for sure. Has a bad temper dont he? He is surely someone to watch closely. If he is lisk, he will reveal himself because lisk has been fingered by the spirits to be revealed. He can not hide and the recent eclipse was a powerful game changer.

According to court documents, Henry threw a "necklace containing a sea glass pendant" that struck his fiancée in the forehead and caused "lacerations, swelling, redness, substantial site pain and headache."

Interesting. I wonder if her body was dumped at a different location because the killer thought the tattoos and scars would make her more easily identifiable.
