I'm now REALLY confused!
Let me explain. Supervised in a child endangerment case would have to be somebody "official". You can't just say "the parent knew" or "my Uncle Joe supervised" -- the supervision must -- in some way -- come from the court. There is always room for flexibility. Let's say she was to say "my 12 year old cousin wants to visit me". I believe that would be granted -- with the court's permission/supervision.
