I understand this part, but doesn't she still have the right to not say anything as long as she has a lawyer? I thought that once someone says they want to speak to their lawyer that all questions are stopped.

A little bit about Miranda, etc...She must have a lawyer present during questioning. So if police were to say Casey admitted murder in the car ride over to the jail -- that would be inadmissable. But it's not like police cannot speak with her. I can see the cops saying to her -- have you had a change of heart, anything new? See all these people out here? THis is what the world thinks of you. But as far as saying anything that would stick -- lawyer must be present.

LA was at the benefit last night with his Dad when all heck broke loose. He was interviewed a couple days ago and still stands with the family and stated in the future he would like to help with missing children ...sorry...I have no links handy

IMO, no, I do not believe LE wanted a Big Show! This arrest was a strategic move on LE part with or without the protesters.

I may be in the minority here but I have no issue with LE arresting her last night...:clap: Good for them!

The Anthony's and the entire camp has put on a Dog and Pony show since July 15, blaming everyone for Caylee and even saying at one point of Caylee is dead it will be LE's fault.

I have heard not one word of truth from CMA, CA, GA or Baez and the spokes person is another story in itself.

How would you feel working your butt off and constantly being attacked by this family?

Nope not one ounce of sympathy for any of them.

If by some odd chance Caylee is still alive I raying: she is never put back with any of the family again. To be honest if I actually saw her playing in the park and she appeared well and taken care of, it would be difficult if not impossible to report it. Doesn't she deserve better than what they have demonstrated over the last 6 weeks?

I haven't seen BH Padilla's lips move regarding revoking the bond. So let's say BH Padilla did revoke the bond. If anyone wants Casey out of jail now, it would be getting another bond for the $500,200.00 plus the additional bond for $3,000.00 - $503,200.00

Totally agree! I think any bond agency would be totally asking for it if they did. Interesting though that we haven't heard a peep from LP.........

Yes, I agree, and it is multi-jurisdictional, imo, she had help moving Caylee from the backyard, I would be watching the comings and goings of the principals in this case over the weekend. Somebody's gonna flip.
I CANNOT WAIT to see the interview circuit next week when the Padillas are out of Fla:woohoo:

No, as of 2am last night, the original bond did not show. She was already bonded out on those charges so she wasn't booked for those charges. Once they revoked the bail, the bond reverts back which is why it's showing now. The charges never disappeared but she was already bonded out on those and until the bail bond company revoked their bond, those were covered.

BTW, I watched the interview with JB that you posted and combine that with the LE's comments last night that this is bigger than we all think, etc, I think that there may be some evidence here that others may/could have been involved in something (not necessarily Caylee's disappearance?) alongside Casey and it could swing towards the defense's arguments.... FWIW.....

I am so glad to hear someone else say this. During the presser last night I was sure he was dropping hints that it was bigger than we know, and that he wasn't talking about potential involvement of George or Cindy. I certainly formed the view that they believed at least one other person was involved and maybe more. IMOO

Does anyone believe Baez when he said that the cops wanted a big show? I think I do. I don't feel they had to do that last night right at the time of a protest. I think that was fixed.

Fixed how? It was already reported previously on all the networks and from the BH's that the protest had been two days in the making and had come from people on craigs list, and in fact there is another protest planned for Monday, and it is suppose to be larger.

As for the police coming when they did, is there a certain time they are suppose to come? When you have a suspect such as Casey, it becomes a mental game on how you can break her down. In this case, LE is trying to break her, because obviously she does not give a **** about finding her own daughter, nor the grandparents. They have a little three year old girl that no one has seen in almost two months. They have a mother who has been charged with neglect and obstruction of justice. Grandparents who seem to live in another world and are in such denile that they can't even help the police. How would you suggest that the police go about trying to find this little girl?

You know, I felt really bad for the family last night. But this morning I started thinking back over everything and they have caused this- Casey has caused this so NOBODY is responsible for what is going on but them!

If god forbid George has a heart attack, he only has his own daughters actions and his actions to blame. If Cindy goes more crazy that she already has, she only has to look at herself and if Casey trys to kill herself, than that is due to guilt. Remember, this family is in this situation because of what they have done!

The sick games they have played for years and years have now gone global and it's not working!

I was shocked at the class-less-ness he showed at the pressc last night.
Somebody shoulda told that boy the ole count to 10, and then count to 100. He called out the 2nd in command of this investigation after he drove on their lawn to pick up his client.

While Baez is the typical arrogant defense attorney, I have a different take on what may be happening behind the scenes.

He did not ask the DA/LE for limited immunity for nothing. IMO, I think he already knows full well that Casey knows exactly where Caylee's body is located and has been trying (behind the scenes) to talk her into giving up that information so that maybe he would then have something to parlay a plea deal with. However I think he is hitting a brick wall when it comes to Casey so of course he has to put out such stupid nonsensical notions in case she is charged with murdering Casey. He is no different than Mark Geragos who used to come out on the courthouse steps saying that his infamous client was innocent as a new born baby. (paraphrasing of course) Lawyers are not under oath when they are outside the well of the court and no one knows that better than them.

On NGs show day before yesterday everyone of the defense attorneys said that they can know that their client committed a crime and they never have to inform anyone of that.

Baez knows that a win for him is to get her a plea deal rather than this going to trial for a murder charge.

The problem is he has one of the strangest clients I have ever witnessed and she will never give up where Caylee is and imo there is a very good reason why Casey doesn't want Caylee to be found.

Absolutely, and keep in mind, Casey has the power to stop all of this at any second. TELL LE WHERE YOU PUT CAYLEE and all those around you not involved will stop suffering at your hand and begin to put their lives back together as best they can.
