Wasnt Lee there yesterday when she was being questioned by the "protestors"

He could have been. He has just been laying really low IMO. I just wonder if he has had enough of the circus?

The original charges will always show, all they did was add the current charges after her arrest.

Home confinement has always been there, they just added a hold to the list.

This doesn't show the bond has been revoked.

Didn't it show on the first part last night that bond was being negotiated? That part is gone now.

Good morning. Doesn't seem like much is happening. The webcam at the house is still showing last night. Bummer.

Morning all.
I kept getting bumped last night .
 What an action filled night.
I think LE did an awesome job.
I watched the presser and had to LOL when he said that her expression has remained the same, as is was from the beginning.
Wow those guys are my heros what awesome police work:clap:
Tim Miller made me cry when he said on Nancy grace that Casey never mentions Caylee(not that I am surprised , but I just felt so bad for him).

There's a part of me that wants to pull an all-nighter and wait to see what will happen tomorrow. I don't think I'll be able to watch if she's let out of jail. Thankfully, I was out of the country when it happened the first time. I've had such a hard time settling down to sleep after a night on the boards. I need about 20 minutes just to calm down. Still, when I close my eyes I see Caylee. Good night, sweet Caylee. May you be at peace. Good night all.

I hear that! I could barely sleep last night and then overslept for the Equusearch 8 a.m. meeting! Hopefully, if they need to search tomorrow I can go to that one (I packed my bag and everything). I'm assuming since they are meeting at TG Lee Blvd they are likely doing the airport area (since it's really close to the airport).

Re: Cindy's calm demeanor with the community protestors
I think Cindy may have been on a tranquillizer like (dare I say it?) Xanax. Maybe Zanny the Nanny made a visit.

Patty,
All of the original charges are back listed under her info within the inmate database. So she would need 10% of the total bond amount to get back out. IMO, there is no way anyone is going to touch this one again.

I haven't seen BH Padilla's lips move regarding revoking the bond. So let's say BH Padilla did revoke the bond. If anyone wants Casey out of jail now, it would be getting another bond for the $500,200.00 plus the additional bond for $3,000.00 - $503,200.00

I don't feel anyone will get involved again. NOPE!

In one of Tim Miller's interviews last night he said that Cindy was coming on the search. He said that he warned her how emotional it could be and she said she was coming anyway but may have to leave. Tim M. and Beth H. along with people like Mark Klass Bring an unbelieveable degree of sanity to the procedings. They do not play. They quit elementary school because it had recess. They do not play. I wish them luck and hope that some of their dignity and class spreads over the Anthonys.

No, as of 2am last night, the original bond did not show. She was already bonded out on those charges so she wasn't booked for those charges. Once they revoked the bail, the bond reverts back which is why it's showing now. The charges never disappeared but she was already bonded out on those and until the bail bond company revoked their bond, those were covered.

A nice collection of mug shot's she acquiring:

BTW, I watched the interview with JB that you posted and combine that with the LE's comments last night that this is bigger than we all think, etc, I think that there may be some evidence here that others may/could have been involved in something (not necessarily Caylee's disappearance?) alongside Casey and it could swing towards the defense's arguments.... FWIW.....

Yes, I agree, and it is multi-jurisdictional, imo, she had help moving Caylee from the backyard, I would be watching the comings and goings of the principals in this case over the weekend. Somebody's gonna flip.

I CANNOT WAIT to see the interview circuit next week when the Padillas are out of Fla:woohoo:

I understand this part, but doesn't she still have the right to not say anything as long as she has a lawyer? I thought that once someone says they want to speak to their lawyer that all questions are stopped.

Yup, Casey has the right to say nothing. But Casey will be listening to what LE is saying.

Yes, BH Padilla changed his mind, but there was a plan and it was executed perfectly.

If BH Padilla revoked her bond and brought her back to jail today, then LE never would have gotten the chance to speak to Casey. The key here is "LE needed to get some time with Casey without Baez."

But she doesn't have to say a word to LE so that excuse dint cut it. All she has to do is ask for att and close her mouth.
