I was wondering about that..there are I'm sure a gazillion phone stores around the area but they picked the mall far away. Did she say it was like 45 minutes away or an hour?

Sounds to me like they wanted to be invisible. I think they knew something when Casey picked them up.

Some think I am nuts, but if LE hasn't searched a certain home in P.R., shame on them.

Does anyone else think it is more than a coincidence that Amy and JP were at a Mall, a fair distance from where they live, when Cindy called Amy? I think they had just returned from P.R. that same day and Casey picked them up from the airport. I understand Amy reported she found out about Caylee that same day. There is just something about this that is strange. Return from a vacation and run to the mall to get a new iPhone.

Our local AT&T store had 5,000 iPhones. People starting lining up 2 days before the release date. They were sold out before noon. It took a week to get another shipment. Nope, considering the age group, I don't find it odd at all.

I think you're idea was brilliant in regards to the security dogs - Sleuth it!

I do too............that could be very well why the scratches were all over the trunk...........most places like that do have "junkyard dogs" in the fence at night........

UH OHHHHHHHHHHHHH........be careful now.......that messes with Baez's (or Cindy's) assumption that someone came in there and planted a dead body in the car. Can't do that with that ridiculous theory.

Why the tow yard is someone thinking the tow driver placed caylee in the trunk or she was still in the trunk when GA picked up vehicle and she was in a bag then tossed in the yard dumpster or some where else? Curious

i thought of that, but it seems that if she were dancing, stripping, tricking, etc., she would have had money and there would have been no need to steal like she did.

You would think but strippers don't make that much money after they pay for stage time.

Isn't there something in the documents about LE going to the house shortly after Casey's arrest and meeting with her parents, Baez, and the parents' attorney?

I don't know if he or she is still retained by George and Cindy, but at one point there was another attorney involved.

Yes, LE wanted to look around the back yard again or something.
George or Cindy signed a document giving them permission. jmo

Not so strange. Remember it was a group of people, not just Amy, that went to PR. Casey picked Amy up but the entire group couldn't fit in the car. Amy took Casey to TonE's and then went back to pick everyone else up at the airport. They went to the mall on the way home.

I recall another attorney for Casey but not for George and Cindy.

Ok, supposed to be going to bed, but, anyway...
When they went and did the first search of the backyard at the Anthony's there were three attorneys in the living room with george and Cindy. they were two of Casey's attorneys and one that is described as an attorney/friend that was there upholding George and Cindy's best interests in the case. It's in the documents.

No, we're saying her parents need a lawyer that is NOT her lawyer. It would be a good idea for them to retain separate lawyers...

They do have.........they have had lawyers since the beginning of this.

Franchise stores did not have the phone. The iPhone was only available through company owned stores.

Who would want to represent Cindy....she can't and won't keep her mouth shut!

Nope, all of the tow truck drivers statements are in one spot. I sent you a PM, well 2 of them.

Thank you, and I got them both. I am working on it as I type :).
Just wanted to give you a big thanks for all you do for this thread.

It stated that they had a friend over, who was an attorney, who was acting on their behalf - but I did not get the impression that he was legally retained.

If the GP get charged with anything they will NOT be allowed to retain JB.

Oooh - I remember that. Actually, there were two other lawyers present. When one LE gent went to the Anthony house, I think it was after interviewing the neighbour about the shovel, then he (the LE Officer) went to the Anthony's and asked to look around the backyard. The 'friend' lawyer said it was fine.

Maybe this has been covered? Does anyone think Caylees body was still in the car when her parents picked it up and they decided to cover for her? Or at least her dad? I think Cindy's 911 call is a gut real reaction and quite obviously the correct one too. But is it possible?

Tow company yard is listed as Green friendly flying the green flag. Ouch
Green Yards are a group of automotive recyclers that have demonstrated environmental performance that goes above and beyond regulatory requirements to include using best management practices that help protect the environment.

Facilities that show superior environmental performance may be certified as a Green Yard and fly the Green Yard Flag. The Green Yards Program was developed by DEP in cooperation with the Florida Auto Dismantlers and Recyclers Association (FADRA).

Well if she went with someone else, they might not have wanted to wait in line for hours at an AT&T store but they'd be willing to go to the mall & walk around while SHE waits.

OR.... they went to the mall to get the phone AND see a movie later that night.

Remember... these are young, single adults.... they aren't worried about things like travel time & being home to get kids ready for bed.

There was a long discussion about whether the wheel well of the spare tire would be large enough to conceal Caylee's body (it's only 5" deep).

The impound lot guy was standing next to George when the trunk was opened and the flies and smell rushed out, and told LE that what was in the trunk was a white bag of garbage and some papers. No body.
