you know, i thought serial murderers were disgusting but for the most part they confess.
I am beginning to believe that there is some severe mental disorder going on... She tells lies that you would think she would know that could be easily verified...my two year old does better lying than this!
She must have a very low IQ or be seriously mentally ill although capable to stand trial. If I was BAEZ I would use that as my defense and hope for mercy from the jury. She is not all there and at times I felt sorry for her. It's inconceivable that a fully functioning adult would think to tell such silly lies. Something is very wrong here.

I know. My children tell better lies. At least when my kids are lying they put some emotion into it.

The ONLY time Casey showed emotion is when she talked about how hard her mom is on her. It's all about her...

After listening to these audios,... It seems to me that when she is telling the truth she is quieter. When she is telling a lie she gets louder and it just sounds different. JMO

I noticed that too. It is like she is trying to convince herself that what she is saying is true.

I have always felt she is sub normal intelligence wise which may be why the family coddled her so much. Something has been wrong with her since birth to be treated the way she is by the family. They should have never allowed her to have a child in her care. Its very apparent there is something wrong with her both psychologicallly and intelligence wise. Most people would know that these lies would never fly but she doesn't seem to have a clue.

It really is no wonder the Anthonys are in such denial. For some reason after putting her voice to the lies I am starting to feel some compassion for them again...somethng I had lost quite awhile back..

She has an answer for everything - an explanation for everything - she never ONCE says "I don't Know" only when she is saying "I don't know where my daughter is"

she answers everything. That is very telling.

I'm not new to WS but new to posting in this case. Have been lurking for a long time and reading every thread. These audio tapes are SO disturbing! The ease with which she tells these lies is incredible. How anyone listens to her drivel and still believes anything she says is totally beyond me.

She's a cold-blooded you-know-what!!!

Here's what I have from the first listen.

First Interview, at the house"
1. When she gives ZG's name and JH's name and Glorias name her voice goes up as if asking a question, a classic sign of a liar....


....Second interview, at Universal.

1. Overuse of the word "absolutely."

2. She does not really show anger either, even when she is provoked by the detectives.

3. She tries to speak very respectfully, it starts to fall apart towards the end, but she gives it a shot....

....9. She is VERY defensive when the idea of selling Caylee comes up. And the fact that she makes that inference when the question was not about actually selling her shows that she plays dumb a lot of the time and when answering some of the other questions.

I'm glad that you also clearly noticed these things because I picked up on them right away. For sure, "The first thing you do is lie...[and the last and in the middle, too!]"

I know I asked this before and sorry if it has been covered, but did anyone catch when one of the investigators said that GA and CA had been calling him all day and they didn't believe Casey's lies?
