Casey To Serve One Year Probation

I was one of those following that plane yesterday. I kind of wondered if the DT didn't get a heads up on this. Gosh this is going to be fun, she has to return to Orlando maybe on magic airplane and get magic job. :floorlaugh:
Good thing she'll be near Disneyworld, she can go there often and pretend.

I'm heading to Disneyworld in December. I would love, love, love to run into her there.... have a little chat ya know... :bigfight:

I'm betting that she'll work for JB or CM...maybe writing her "life story" while at work....I am not comfortable that the attorneys will allow her to mess up until they've made many $$$$$ for their trouble...:maddening:

Any Job Casey gets I wonder if the IRS will garnish her wages. Will JB pay the IRS? When will her attorney's stop forking over money for her? When will they all grow tired of her? Will we see Casey arrested of tax evasion charges eventually? Did the DT work out a payment plan with the IRS for Casey? Has there been any appeals with the IRS?

When is it just enough and they all wash their hands of CASEY? I mean she must be a big money pit for them all having to dole out money here and there. Even TM has forked over a lot of money and resources to date. Really when will they stop?

The IRS issue has yet to be figured out, but yes, they could arrange for garnishment if that is what IRS wants to agree to.

Really, if she has to get a job, she just got another luck card b/c the "Team" will pull together and find her a better job than she could find on her own.

I still want to see JB held accountable for his behavior. Also I hope that FICA does get a job at one of her buddys law firm. No better pay day then to see his business suffer because she is present..they deserve each other. I can imagine since Mrs. M lost some of her friends due to her husbands involvement in the case it might be fair to say they also could have possibly lost some business. JB has to be on his best behavior otherwise FICA could drag him down lower than she already has.
I have to disagree with one thing though. As emotionally charged as I am about this case I do not want to see any bodily harm come to anyone involved in this case. I want FICA to remember everyday of the rest of her life what she knows she did to her daughter and I do want her to live with societys disapproval of what she did. Her life should never be easy and she has herself to blame for that.
You might say that it won't bother her but I've said it before..a doctor told me along time ago that the brain controls the body and somewhere in that empty head of hers it's there and she does know it...
Thanks JP for restoring a little bit of justice and common sense back into the judicial system...As far as this case goes I will take what I can get!

I wanted to also state that I remember the prison guards has testified that Casey was a model prisoner no problems with her in the 3 years she was in prison so a measly probation is not going to be hard for her especially if that PB officer has a heavy case load and doesn't want to extra work her case would give the PB officer.

No this is probation on paper only, and she will be in Orlando, but she basically will remain underground for a year. I bet the PB officer will agree to come to her once a month, chat and just fill out the paper work of all is great. Heck the PB probably won't even visit her but call her on the phone. Probation is a Joke

I'm waiting for those in Florida that are watching the news to tell us something. Those with cable t.v. to tell us something.

Think they will just be absent from phone calls and cameras today?

Many of the jobs she would qualify for are done by those having to serve community service - for free.

We have an agency here who helps felons, handicapped etc. get jobs. I suspect the government subsidizes the employer for those wages. Car washes, stocking shelves, busing tables etc. One of the RSO's in my area works in the back part of a car agency helping with oil changes etc. (another reason to make sure house key is not with car key)

I am just so glad she is finally going to be made to do something she and her team do not want her to have to do. It is in her nature to bend or make her own rules so I hope she gets caught doing just that.

ETA I just wonder if the judge would/could take an interest in her probation and ask for followup reports?

ITA. All this does is give her the inconvience of answering a few questions to a PO every month. Beats life in jail (or any time in jail).

She was in jail. In her own cell. Monitored 24/7 just like all inmates. She couldn't fart without asking first. How could she NOT be a model inmate? All her decisions were made for her. Now she's out, and on probation, forced to make serious decisions with no one watching her every move. She is going to mess up, IMO.
