sorry if this has been answered, no way to catch up while working. If FCA fails to comply with her probation, will she for sure go back to jail or are there levels of compliance....not sure that made sense :crazy:

I agree but it won't be a high paying job with much room for advancement. One of her defense team will probably hire her.

She would not qualify for a high paying job with room for advancement, felony convictions or not.

Some church group, or someone JB and CM know would help out, if it comes down to her really having to get a job.

I know someone that got caught DUI. As part of her probation she had to do community service. I don't know why they don't do that more often in sentencing. This woman's community service(you have to find your own) was to pick up golf balls at the City Golf Course, for several hours ,one day a week for 8 weeks.

She said doing that gave her an awful lot to think about, while she was serving out this sentence.

At first thought, I assumed no, since there were no criminal charges that she was found guilty of regarding a child. But since DCF put out their report under the seal of Florida, I wonder now if that would be a roadblock if she were to seek employment at any business that had children around, like the theme parks. (Universal, Disney, etc.)

Very few (if any) companies do DCF background checks, cuz they are simply anonymous reports to the FL Abuse hotline that can be made by anybody. If they did a DCF report check, I imagine that they would be looking at any open cases, not one that is closed.

At Disney World the characters roam the streets. They do work in shifts but I have seen them out for at least an hour or so. I know about the A/C's as I've had friends work there. Not all the customes have it - but the big ones do - Baloo the Bear and Winnie The Pooh - the big bulky full dress ones.

Disney World has an "underground" so that characters can "come up" in their own area. For example - you will never see Baloo (adventureland) wandering around Tomorrowland.

And today that might be true even at the Disneyland in Anaheim. I went to college quite a few years ago so maybe the costumes have changed since my time working at Disney. But when I worked at Disney there were no A/C's in any of the characters costumes.

And the Disney in Anaheim wasn't thought out as much as Disney World. So there were no thoughts of making underground tunnels. Our backstage was very large but there are times when cast members would have to walk across an area that didn't match their costume. Backstage spans most of the areas but not all of them.

No, All they have to do is show up at a the probation office and talk to an officer for a 30 hour or so, once a month or whatever was ordered. The probation officer asks them questions about what they are doing with their life. If they are not working, he tells them they have to work. Someone on here wrote that the probation officer can get them a job but I never heard of that...maybe. If she had a drug or alcohol problem they would test her for it every once in a while. Its not a big deal really.

Any Job Casey gets I wonder if the IRS will garnish her wages. Will JB pay the IRS? When will her attorney's stop forking over money for her? When will they all grow tired of her? Will we see Casey arrested of tax evasion charges eventually? Did the DT work out a payment plan with the IRS for Casey? Has there been any appeals with the IRS?

When is it just enough and they all wash their hands of CASEY? I mean she must be a big money pit for them all having to dole out money here and there. Even TM has forked over a lot of money and resources to date. Really when will they stop?

TM = Todd Macaluso. The lawyer with the magic airplane. That Flight Aware is his flight schedule and current whereabouts of his plane, which had landed in Sugarland, TX last night and had a lot of people speculating FCA was onboard in case she had to report to Orlando today.

I was one of those following that plane yesterday. I kind of wondered if the DT didn't get a heads up on this. Gosh this is going to be fun, she has to return to Orlando maybe on magic airplane and get magic job. :floorlaugh:
Good thing she'll be near Disneyworld, she can go there often and pretend.

Lol what makes you think she wouldn't be exposed to more fancy stuff while on probation? First of all it's not like she's on house arrest with an ankle bracelet and all that.

I could see someone giving her a job in a restaurant just to increase business. Because you know for a little while people will want say they talked to her personally. It would have to be a restaurant where you pay your bill up front, like IHOP. jmo

Interesting thought...probably right, too. Can't have her busing tables though...too much at risk for stealing tips left on tables!
