How fair is it that they get a certain amount of time and the judge keeps interrupting and getting them off point. EIther one of them; doesn't seem fair.
Who is this guy?
Mason's body language consistent with; "damnit!"
What a frustrating process, but I believe both sides were less prepared for this hearing than they should have been. I think any one of us could have argued (ie. answered the questions) better and lead the appellate judges where we wanted them to go better, than Fryer or the State!
Lizbeth desperate.
Here we go again with the nauseating "Ms." Fryer. Everything that happened made sense the way it happened because the police were ostensibly called to help. The defense is dishonestly trying to take advantage of the transition from helping to find Caylee, to them being forced to investigate Casey's painfully obvious criminal activity. Don't know if I explained that well.
Sickening that they are able to argue such nonsense. Is there anyone on this planet who doesn't think Casey deserve to be convicted for lying?
There is a disconnect here, or is it me? She volunteers she doesnt work there, they step into a room for privacy-there was no statement by Melich prior to entering the room of a child in a dumpster...I just read the briefs this morning.
Well I just watched it. <modsnip>.
I found the state attorney terrible. He looked like a phys ed teacher pretending to be a lawyer, and he certainly spoke that way too. The judge caught him out when he said all four counts happened the same day- my heart leapt into my throat! Shut up! Shut UP!
Thank God the other judge stepped in to soften this up, and spin it around a bit. The four counts happened on one day, BUT they were all extentions to the story spun over more than one day.
If this was decided by a jury, we'd be screwed again, I fear.
