I removed me previous comment because I couldn't find the quote in the depo to back it up, i have now found it.

Casey says; she didn't think it could be an accident, she said the ladder wasn't attached to the pool, when I last saw it. It was too heavy. I couldn't move it. A child couldn't move it.

Caylee did not drown by accident.

It really bothers me that Caylee's existence just keeps getting tainted by the defense team and her 'mom'. It's bad enough how she died, how she was bagged up to rot and be chewed on...but now we are told she was a product of a RAPE. Just when you think it can't get any worse...

It does.

I do not believe Caylee was ever a product of rape. Casey can try and try to blame this on Caylee, she has already tried with the drowning story, but it won't work. Caylee is the innocent victim in all of this. She did nothing wrong for Casey to murder her the way she did. And nothing Casey ever says will change that. Actually, it angers me even more that she would try and put any blame on Caylee at all. As if Caylee had been a product of rape that that would be an excuse for Casey to murder her? No! What Casey did to Caylee will never be right in my eyes or, imo, any other sane persons eyes.

By constantly changing her stories... she is only making it worse on herself. We just have to make sure we keep up with anything she may get paid for. I believe that is the least we can do for Caylee. Any kind of justice Caylee will ever get is for us, the public, to make sure Casey never makes a dime off her crime.

Caylee did not drown by accident.

I am going to read this depo tomorrow. I read the kool aid stained depo of Dr. W today. Ay-yi-yi. But just reading the page you posted here....COULD this be why Cindy called her mother of the year? Because she was wasting away in jail trying to protect her father from being charged with the murder of Caylee? That fits, doesn't it? I have never understood that comment. Well...not that I have understood anything out of Cindy's mouth. But that would mean Cindy knew the "GA molested and killed Caylee in the pool" story waaaaay back when.

Not that I believe any of that baloney. But just trying to make stuff fit.

IMO, Cindy would not stand by George if she knew he was responsible for Caylee's death. We already know Cindy wanted to divorce George, but was more worried about having to split financial things with him so decided to stay. All she had to do was go along with it, if she really believed it, and she would have killed two birds with one stone. She would have her "mini-me" back and she would be rid of George without having to support him financially.

I think that Casey wanted her defense to be that George killed Caylee in the pool, she was implying that George was acting like he only found Caylee in the pool and pulled her out, but Casey was wanting people to believe George killed her. She even went so far as to say that Caylee couldn't move the ladder, it was too heavy, Casey couldn't even move it, so how could Caylee get in the pool? George HAD to have killed her!

I think the defense knew the "George killed her" defense wouldn't fly, so they changed it to, George finding Caylee drowned, she got outside and went in to the pool herself. BUT, he could not have these two doctors testify because of the statements Casey made about not being able to move the ladder.

It all makes sense to me now. This is why they didn't want to have the these depos made public, Casey admits that she didn't think Caylee drowned by accident, that she couldn't move the ladder, that the ladder wasn't on the pool that day - all statements that disprove what the defense stated during trial.

So there you have it, Casey saying she didn't think it was an accident and that George did something to Caylee, and her defense team saying it WAS an accident and George was only guilty of a cover-up, using the molestation charge to explain why Casey partied and sexed up the 31 days her daughter was "missing".

I've never seen so much horse***** in my life, and I grew up around horses.

And I say we make 12 copies of your post here and mail them to those who shall not be named......

Dr. Harry K will be on with Dr. Drew. He is the one with the hair everywhere.

Well I'm glad Dr. Drew is needing his Pepto again and that she is disgusted. Maybe he'll stop drinking the Koolaid

I am now watching Dr. Drew - and about to jump through the screen. She learned how to say "I don't think" (times two) and "maybe" and "I feel" as that way she knew she wasn't held to lying legally if preceeded by those adjectives - just as JB did during the opening statements when he said "she could...........(*& in her mouth etc) . If Dr. Drew again says he thinks a disorder vs. evil...........I am gonna take this television and .............well.............in my dreams I would be violent but I will not. Instead, I will vent here.

Dr. Drew is having digestive distress, but is forgoing the pink liquid tonight lol. He will talk about whether or not her attorneys have left the case later in the program.

Caylee did not drown by accident.

.articles.orlandosentinel.com/.../os-casey-anthony-trial-day-27-20110.

She also recalled the safety precautions the family took around the pool. Baez showed several photos of Cindy holding Caylee as she entered the pool. She testified that an exterior pool ladder was always removed, but she wondered why on June 16, 2008, she found the ladder attached and a yard gate opened.

She said it generated enough of a concern for her to mention it to co-workers and even call her husband.

Cindy Anthony also testified that during her daughter's release from jail between August and October 2008, Casey Anthony never mentioned an accidental drowning. Instead, she continued to assert that the babysitter or nanny had taken the child.

Dr. Drew - tsk tsk tsk. But I LOVE Mark Eye-glarsh or however you spell it! He has got FCA nailed. Dr. Drew just can't quite fall over the edge yet.

I prefer to call him Mike Eyelash......I think he is absolutely precious.
