Can't someone take a horse whip in her cell and whip her until she confesses? I think about 3 lashes and we will know exactly where Caylee is..case closed!

okay. i'm sure this is just a coincidence - but talk about creepy. this is about patrick bourgeois. a guy convicted of, get this, killing a 3-year old. who was let out after only 3 years.

Patrick Bourgeois served only 3 years and 10 months for his son's death. Judge Nodine Miller released them early. She believed the couple's actions were, "fraught with ignorance, immaturity, and inexperience more than malevolence."

I can't sleep because I keep thinking about the fact that Casey knew Caylee was missing but was afraid to tell Cindy. I have no doubt about that, I'm a bit afraid of her too, but why didn't this girl call the police immediately when she realized this child was in some kind of jeopardy. She didn't have to get Cindy involved right away, just LE.
Who was advising her? Tony? Who did she tell about this? It seems like the people we know to be her closest friends weren't aware that Caylee was gone until July.

I'm afraid whatever happened at this meeting tonight fell short, unless she spun a new version of her delusions and LE feel obliged to go off on another wild goose chase, er, I mean investigate these leads.

Off to try to sleep again. Talk to everyone tomorrow.

when you go to visit someone in jail, i assume you have to show ID. but i don't really know how it works. he was with a family member, frank, when he went to see her on the 24th. but only patrick is seen in the creepy video with casey. if you havent seen it, watch. there is something weird going on...

I believe Patrick and Frank Bourgeois are probably Cindy's brothers. :blushing: That is not her maiden name though? Nor did I comment on the above relationship. interesting though. His Judge was surreal!!

you know what is also weird? i can't find contact info for jose baez. as an attorney myself, it is weird that there would be NO information on the web. especially for a lawyer in a high profile case such as this. does anyone know where the anthony's found him?

why would you hire an inexperienced lawyer for something like this? he specializes in immigration and some criminal defense, i wonder if they know him personally. strange. if my kid was missing and i was getting blamed, i would want someone who knew exactly what they were doing.

Casey enjoyed her friends who drank, gambled and threw gang signs. She is in one photo with a guy smooching on her his finger tattoo looks like KILL? Ck out PHOTO TREAD. Lots of tellin photos. As she said, I have tricks you don't know about. What's freaky is her photos are along with another one of her grabbing her chest are two photos right next to it of family. One of Cindy with Caylee, (says my girls) and one with her brother that, (says coolest guy.)

Should be able to look him up by license info. Maybe Baez is part of a group of lawyers, law firm with a different name. I wish he would wipe that smirk off his face.

Someone mentioned he handled a woman who killed her two yr old, charge reduced down to a manslaughter charge. Maybe their gonna need immigration for the sitter/nanny lol

Thanks Aimee! It wasn't working for me earlier but it is now! I also was able to watch the interview with George Anthony after his visit with his daughter and seeing that actually gave me some hope. He seemed truly hopeful and pretty darn confident that Caylee is okay. I truly hope that's the case. How cruel it would be for Casey to give them continued false hope. Maybe that visit from Patrick was somehow a code for her that it's ok to tell where Caylee is......I have no idea. I'm actually feeling sure that we're going to have an answer TODAY. Also I thought the investigators and/or the family were going to have a press meeting yesterday evening?? That never happened but hopefully sometime this morning. :waitasec: OH and GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!

Kristina has a future as a detective, IMO! She did a great job in trying to get Casey to spill.

I just finished watching the segment NBC did on the case, this morning. Cindy said something that has me curious: she said that she is not allowed to talk to Casey's bf (or something of that nature). My question: why? did LE tell her she couldn't, for investigative reasons, or someone connected with Casey outside of the house told her she couldn't?

NBC had a former FBI profiler giving commentary, and his stance falls in line with a lot of what some of our board members think: Casey AND Cindy keep talking about their selves, but not really talking about Caylee being missing. His implication is that they come across as thinking that this is all about them, when in reality they need to realize that Caylee is the center of the universe (in regards of the case).
