IMO, the best clue they have is the DIRT found in the car.

If it does NOT match the dirt in the Anthony backyard it might give them ideas WHERE to start to look for Caylee.

I don't know what they can tell from the hair... isn't hair 'dead' even when we're alive? Does it change at all after death????

Yes...............Dr. Baden, medical examiner, said that hair undergoes decomposition as well, and if the strands of hair in the trunk of the car prove to be Caylee's (DNA match), they can tell if the hair came from Caylee while she was alive or after she was deceased.

Coltsgal, I'm a nurse in a county jail in Tx. I know that the deputies at my facility read EVERY piece of inmate mail, incoming and outgoing. Except correspondence w/ attorneys. It's probably the same in Florida.

and that is exactly what poi and Lee alluded to during bighouse covos

Beagle, he said that her 911 calls were in legal terms "excited utterances", which most of the time, tend to be the truth. He said those were the first, and last, times she has spoken the truth in this case. And he said that Casey is a self-centered, spoiled BRAT!

Thanks for the response. So she started with "excited utterances" and followed with "mis-truth" (is that a word?) utterances ...

definately Jesus, and her famous or infamous drama flair..
I have to say...and no offense...that we have absolutely nothing to substantiate who the biological father is. What we all have to remember (IMHO) is that Jesus has family that I'm sure are all still grieving his loss. What if his mother learns of our discussions...other sites as well...and hears she may have a grandchild out there...some part of her deceased child? I can't even imagine how she would feel? To fill her heart with hope (if Caylee is alive) or despair (that she may never know) would just be adding to her pain. Just wanted to share that perhaps in the case of Jesus' family we could just be a little more sensitive. Please, I'm only feeling this poor mother's pain. Again, only my opinion.

Thanks, Leila.

Interesting to learn.

I agree w/ RR0004! We have NO reason to believe Jesus is the father. (I don't think he is and I don't think Casey knows for sure WHO is). I don't think we should talk about Jesus anymore.

you know it, rr! And it is always a good reminder.....

Does this comment from Casey to a friend sound like a grieving babymama?

May have been pointed out...but look at the date?

well I think that sucks. I am hoping with the FBI involvement that maybe, just maybe, the prosecution could find away around that - I mean - c'mon with all the lies and wild goose chases and the cryptic messages - they could possibly pin a premeditated murder charge - but will that still bring the death penalty?
A jury wouldn't give anyone the death penalty w/o a body I don't believe. anyone else care to weigh in?

I'll go with a different subject than the dad. After seeing all these disgusting drinking pics with Casey and all these guys, I think the only ones where she looks even half way normal out of her eyes are the couple where she is most likely drunk. She doesn't look so nutty and stiff in those pics. I doubt if Casey got rip roaring drunk all the time, because boozing causes loose lips and she had too many lies to cover up.

Wait. Birthday party?

We speculated way back in the sands of time (last week) about Caylee’s first birthday party, based on a myspace message from Casey to her brother asking him to buy the alcohol for a party that took place on a Saturday two days after Caylee’s first birthday.

This may have dated back to the days when Jesse was still thought to be Caylee’s dad. If I recall correctly, the paternity test that confirmed he isn’t occurred early this year.

If the myspace above was about a party for Caylee, it’s kind of interesting that the grownups weren’t drinking punch.
Thanks for clarifying the date for me. I thought it was around the time they bought a silly book for their father.

I agree. I don't think Casey knows for sure who the father is, and even if she does have an idea who it might be, she elected not to name him or include him in Caylee's life. It doesn't really matter to the situation at hand. I kind of feel sorry for any man out there who slept with Casey in the fall of 2004..........with Casey and Caylee's faces on national television.......he's got to be left wondering if this might be his child.

We all know she lives in her own reality, so by not allowing anyone else to visit but family, she's living the fantasy that Tony "can't" visit her since only family is allowed to visit. Hence, poor Toni.......can't visit, isn't it? (I wonder if he even entertained the idea............).

<puts sarcasm away>
She only gets 3 visits/week...Cindy probably strongly suggested she be the honored guest.

I'm not sure. But I think people will be disgusted by Casey's behavior before AND after Caylee went missing... they might.

The following crimes make a convict eligible for the death penalty in Florida:
  • First degree murder
  • Felony murder
  • Capital drug trafficking
  • Capital sexual battery

I don't think you'll ever find a post from Casey sounding like she's grieving about anyone other than herself.

I can't wait for the transcripts from the Greta show are available. Did you hear them say that there was a small spot of blood also found in the trunk of the car? That was the first I'd heard of that. Did anyone else hear that said tonight?????
