I wonder if when Lee says "I have talked to most everybody in the last few days" he means asking people not to say anything..

I got the impression that he is investigating things himself by talking to all her friends. Or - at least that is what HE wants her to believe - that he's on her side and investigating. Personally, I think he is probably cooperating with LE and he would hand over any info he finds that would help find Caylee.

Yes - The FBI can get it ALL and I do mean ALL - everything that came and went on any given number.

You can get them with a request from LE.
LE would go through the security department of her wireless provider.

I think she may have given Caylee to someone just to keep her Mother from getting her.

If the car forensics come back with DNA from Caylee then I will acept that at that time.

But do you really think she would go to jail, and sit in jail, and out up with all of this? All she had to do is tell LE that she was keeping Caylee from GM...why go through the trouble of the psych evals, cost of a lawyer, etc?

I mean, it's her kid, not GM's. GM can try for grandparent's rights and possibly get visitation, but she'd had to prove that Casey was really unfit to get custody, probably.

Because if she was really just trying to keep Caylee from GM, and Caylee is still alive, if it is ever found out, there would be a REALLY good chance of Casey losing custody, and GM getting it.

I love her tactics, personally lol. My husband cannot stand her though, the way she talks over people. But hey...it's her show...I guess she can do whatever she wants!

I wonder if we could use the Wayback machine to research info regarding Casey and her postings on facebook or myspace even though they have been deleted?

I tried this the other day, but the machine was down.
When I cached her myspace and her families, they only went back about a week

LE needs to get TES involved and ask for their help to find this body. I think they could find it. If not them, call on the community to search every square inch of that city. I am so angry that no one is searching there. All the other big cases they have been searches.

After hearing Cindy today and this new call with Lee, I have to admit they are sounding kinda resolved....Hopefully it is dawning on them that she is telling one lie after another and when it does, thats when we will get some where. imo

And all the while Caylee waits...... :sheesh:

Sounds like Lee is avoiding Casey. She makes it sound like she's bored and has nothing to do but call, but she was worried that he didn't visit her with mom and dad, worried that he wasn't at the hearing, and worried at the end, when he falls off the call.

She knows he can figure it out.

I'm sure LE is also calculating her every move the past month.... tracing the pings from her cell phone... it will tell them where she was every minute of every day she was within distance of ANY cell tower.

My opinion is that Casey did in Cahley some how, and dumped the body locally, they should be searching for the body locally, certainly every sign indicates Cayley is not alive.

I 100% agree w/ you. She's trying to find out what he knows. He sounds like he's distancing himself from her. I think "I'm talking to everyone" is his way of letting her know that he's dicovering her lies.

Well, I could be wrong but I don't think TES would take this case. They are really ethical and I don't think anything about this case is something they would touch. All the lies that all the players in this case have told have cost them a lot in believability.

You know, I wonder if there was a second car seat, and if she burned one that smelled of decomposition. It seems weird that the dogs didn't hit on that car seat (unless they did, and no one is saying so).

It wouldn't smell of decomp if she didn't die in it. There are only 1 or two scenarios where I could see that happening. If she is gone, it may not have happened in the car at all..

If Caylee is alive, and that is a huge IF, then no one would give her back to this insane family. I think Caylee is dead, but even if she has been sold/given away/stolen, those people are watching the news, too. Casey has revealed to the world that she doesn't care about Caylee. Why bother giving her back? Why give that adorable girl to a worthless mother?

I work for a landline company, all the calls are kept somewhere--not sure where--they have to be supeonaed. I am sure they have gotten all of them. If it is true about the SIMS card and she just used the same number they can get them no matter where the phone is.
