This attorney, Michael Walsh, is a jerk, and in my opinion he too is a liar. He's making this up as it goes along. If he knows about the babysitter why doesn't he tell police and get his client out of jail? BS

And Casey met Tony at a party on May 24th. This best friend - D.J. at Fusion says he was living with Tony for the last two weeks of June and there was NO Caylee there...........Casey said she was with the nanny.

Co-counsel is really, REALLY, REEEEEAAAAALLLLLLYYYYYY irritating me with his answers to Meghan's questions!!!! I really think I like him less than Baez (sp?)!!

If it was a real accident, there was no reason not to report it immediately - certainly no jail time, if proven to be an accident. By stalling and lying she already is facing some hard jail time, and possibly a lot more.

IMO she was more afraid of her parents reaction than she was worried about facing possible jailtime.

2/The footage from the inmate that was released today speaks of the lack of remorse from Casey and the fact that Casey's story changes every day, someone mentioned sociopath. Clearly this woman is a pathological liar! and clearly this runs in the family. Lee is trying to get straight answers to help colloborate the story. Lee isn't even convinced by her now. I gather he is the only honest one in the bunch!

EXACTO! that's what I've been saying...there are NO myspace posts on June 26 or June 27th right? She really didn't come back in full force till July 2nd from what I read. But I'm just going on the facebook/myspace comments that are listed as a thread on WS here.

OMG OMG - did you hear that atty? First he claims they have people that can both verify that ZG exists and they know her and that she did babysit Caylee. Then, he tries to explain away Casey's mental state.

The Fusian DJ just told us - Casey WAS staying at Tony's apt the end of June. Maybe the "trunk" theory actually happened the night of June 20 - the night of the pics - that does fit the timeline - because she abandoned the car on the 27th - and the shed break in was the 22-24.

I was just listening to the calls with Lee, and I think it's on the one from 7/26 when he asks if she thinks Caylee is okay and she blathers on and on about her fabulous maternal instinct and all that hoo ha...

She says something like, "Mom will understand." and then "Caylee is close to home."

Probably nothing, but I got this really creeped out feeling and had to go check where everyone was when I heard her say that.

It made me wonder if Caylee is buried close to the house (but surely they've searched EVERYWHERE around there) and if Casey for some reason thinks her mother will understand some reason behind the location.

Or maybe I'm punchy from reading here too long.

I'm going to bed. Soon. Really.

Exactly, I am sure Fox News verified this before they "quoted" him. This is really damning testimony for Casey IMHO. Two weeks the end of June and NO Caylee???
 
Cindy explains away the Fusion pictures as Casey looking for the babysitter.
 
Damn, I missed the Dan Abrams segment but just watched Fox with this guy. I almost almost felt sorry for the fat little man as he faces a long difficult road.

Nobody f*cks with Cliff and gets away with it! :crazy:

This puts the time line right back to Father's Day - June 15th or the day after, June 16th.

And Walsh says.... how would HE know? His job is to spin records... how would he know what Casey was doing? :rolleyes:


Walsh won't even confirm whether she ever got a paycheck.... tells me she never did or wouldn't they be anxious to prove she's NOT lying about something?
