very true! Although some areas have a higher amout of gators. And we do have saltwater crocs But you don't see them out in the ocean, you see them around where there is land meeting the ocean (like the keys)

Thanks for reminding me about the saltwater crocs. I remember visiting a friend in Englewood and they have a canal behind their condo which leads out to the Gulf.

On our way out to dinner, right in the alley of the buildings was a croc ... and he ran right into the canal.

Thankfully there is no alligators, or crocs on my street in Bradenton ...

That is his job, to discredit any evidence which might harm his client.

Patty I forgot about the dogs, but I can't get past the cadavers hitting in the back yard. Where the pavers no under the play house.

I keep thinking about the scent in the backyard. If Casey was trying to find a place to hide Caylee, I don't think she would have considered that the family dog might find her. I wonder if she did bury her at one point, then maybe saw the dog sniffing around there, panicked, then decided to move her.

This is not a cold case so the Anthonys should not be conducting there own investigations.......any information they receive, they should pass on to the police........then if they find that the police are not following it up.......take appropriate action.

lol.......I have only seen a hand full of crocs in my life, having lived in Florida for 40 years. Never, ever out in the ocean thou! They tend to hang around brackish saltwater.....

I was thinking that plastic sandbox with the cover - if it's airtight, it wouldn't necessarily have alerted the four-footed members of the family.

Me too. I wonder if Caylee drowned in the pool, Casey pulled her out (thus, the dogs hitting on that area of the yard as well) and then maybe put her inside the sandbox and closed the cover so that she was hidden from view while Casey tried to decide what to do.

She might've borrowed the shovel to try to bury Caylee, then realized it wasn't gonna work. But I think she probably borrowed it to get into the shed to steal the gas so she could use the car to dispose of Caylee somewhere else.

Then if that is the case, she need to file a statement with the chief, internal affairs and the state attorneys office. She should also give very specific information to the media because you know they will investigate it.

I don't think Baez is asking for all the evidence in order to fight new charges. I think Baez is asking for ALL evidence right now because next week he goes to a hearing about this case. He may request a speedy trial. In Florida they can only try you once. If they only bring charges for this neglect, then cannot charge her again later with murder. They has the info at www.wftv.com. So Baez may ask for a speedy trial because LE does not have enough evidence to try case for murder or anything other than what they have already charged her with. If the evidence they do have now is flimsy then Baez is going to ask for the speedy trial (is it 31 days or something?) Then the most they can put her away for is 5 years vs life for a murder charge and even if Casey did murder her daughter she will get off scott free on that unless LE adds in murder charges before the trial.

I agree GiGi. Today is a complete departure from the norm media wise with the Anthony's. Not a good day for them. Who knows how the visit went...however.

Her cell ping placing her in that swampy area on the day of borrowing the shovel ....the Anthony's were no doubt privy to this information.

That they are mum is probably because they are forced to come to terms with the odds that Caylee is gone and Casey had something to do with it.

No matter how I feel about them (not a big fan) I am going to send them some peace right now. Its all so very sad.

i disagree the can charge her for child neglect and her behind bars for 5 years, that just gives them 5 years before she is free to try and get enough evidence, there is no time line for a murder charge

I am watching Nancy Grace, and the Gayle whatsherface and her dogs are searching out around the airport now!

The local Central Florida News was showing that it was Orange County PD that was searching near the airport w/the dogs. I don't think the psychic was at the airport...

Well now that we may have a hurricane coming this way, I really hope that if Casey knows where Caley is, and she is possibly alive (like as in just hiding her from GM & GP), that the potential for this hurricane hitting will cause Casey to think twice about Caylee's safety, and tell us all where she is.

That is just not true, Kat. They can only charge you with a specific crime ONCE...but they can try her on neglect and then charge her with murder later. This is the same anywhere in this country. It's called double jeopardy. The reason behind this important right (guaranteed by our Bill of Rights) is to keep the "State" from trying you, you getting off, and then dogging you for years until they trump up evidence against you.

But being convicted of child neglect does not mean you cannot be charged with murder later. The only way it would is if they charged you with the death of Caylee through neglect...then double jeopardy would apply. Just FYI.

In the world according to Cindy and Casey, LE doesn't follow up on anything they give them.

Ok well half true- They used to, then they found out...oh yeah...they were ALL LIES! So they stopped wasting their time!

I just don't see how she could have left her buried in the yard that long because she couldn't have buried her that deep and the odor would be really bad, wouldn't it?

I do think she may have moved her several times though...like I said, I think she may have had a hard time going thru with the disposal of her daughter's body, just couldn't do it until it got to the point where she had to.

I don't see how Caylee could have been left in the yard with the two little yorkies there. They would smell Caylee and get upset and dig.....
