Where has it been stated that LE has TonE's phone / phone records? Certainly seems logical that he would volunteer these to LE, but I hadn't seen that anywhere in the news or press releases or afifdavits...

I'm thinking that LE would do rush tests to get quick answers such as blood type or fluid type (for example) BUT would also need very detailed info regarding all samples.

They'd also want to send the samples to a reputable crime lab so they know the results will hold up in court & that probably means they have to wait their turn as there are SO many cases that need to be processed.

Inn this case, we might even have Orlando AND the Feds running separate tests.... I can't imagine the Feds can be happy that this little b1tch is lying to their agents. lol

I have another question. Yesterday, I was going through the phone calls and was wondering, didn't she talk to Tony either via the video phones or phone call to Tony? Did she call Tony after her phone call home that one day when she talked to Cindy, Kristina and Lee? If so, was it released?

If she has ever spoken with him since her arrest, we are not aware of it.

I get it you don't like the information guy Jose Padilla, and you don't like the media. It was said in multiple articles with investigators and Padilla being the source.

See, this is my take on the car seat. You don't put your child in someone else's car unless you put them in a car seat. So you move the car seat to someone else's car, so they can drive off with your child.

That implies to me, that if the car seat is "missing" Casey moved the carseat to someone else's car so they could go off with Caylee.

Am I making more sense now?

Things I have learned from this case:
I have learned that if the neighbor borrows the shovel, ask why! Don't plant bamboo it seems to be a bugger, don't know why anyone would have it.

Pizza when left in a car trunk for weeks in the heat smells like pizza in the end, and could never ever be mistaken for decomposition of a body.

I am following logic here. They went to TonE's and would certainly have wanted those records. We may not have seen the SW for the phone company as there are many SWs we do not see behind the scenes being carried out.

Tony has not talked to Casey since her arrest.

Picture this.......

Casey is released after her hearing on Thursday, between 3 and 4 pm.

Goes home with her GPS ankle transmitter and her female escort.

Once she gets home.... the "secret" voice transmitter (in the bracelet) begins sending her every word to the eager monitors.

I said something similiar the other day. Something along the lines of bugging the house. Maybe that is why the dective stopped by.

I can't recall exactly about the discussion following the 911 calls being released. But I do remember thinking.. Dear God what did she do to that precious baby?!?

If I can find the thread when it first hit the fan, I'll gladly pass it along to ya. There is tons of reading on the case.

Casey went into defense mode immediately and started the babysitter/nanny conspiracy. There was plenty of speculation through all the threads about that, including who in their right mind would think to go on myspace when their child was missing and the car smelled like death.

Has there been any discussion about how myspace oriented the Anthony family seems to be, yet the three who have not been arrested were apparently oblivious to all of Casey's posts/pictures that are readily available to the public? Do you or anyone else remember Cindy making a claim that Casey may have posted/doctored Cindy's post on July 3 regarding her despair over Caylee being missing?
