Guys - we have to move away from this "they are nuzzling and cuddling". This is being blown out of proportion. They were being attacked; he is her attorney. Please don't make it what it isn't. Especially for the sake of starting a thread that drags Baez's wife all over the place. That is not fair.

LOL I could go on and on. Do I complain or try and shut them down, NO.
You can't take other's posts personally. And after yesterday I will not be bullied on keeping silent on an observation I have.

Casey may fantasize that Baez is " her knight in shining armour " but this man has a good career, and he has a wife! WTH could he possibly see in Casey Anthony, except one sick, pathetic lying girl who has harmed her child???

And your point is that men with good careers and wives don't have affairs?? or that the other woman has to be "gods gift?

Speaking of blowing things out of proportion, I think the statement being attacked is a bit strong.

Alone, you are correct but a few posters have been saying this repeatedly for almost 3 threads. I am jsut trying to underrstand how it helps find Caylee, which is the claim of the very same posters ONLY reason for being here.

I'm just getting online today and at the beginning of this thread.

Yesterday afternoon, after Casey had been bonded out and brought home, George left the house walking. He had a cell phone and talked as he walked. He appeared very agitated. A local news video showed George walking with the cell phone and a short time later Lee came with his car and picked George up.

Now there could be any number of reasons for George taking a walk. Perhaps he just needed to escape for a while. Or, he needed to make a phone call and feared the home phone was bugged. The fact that Lee went and picked George up is sort of strange. Did George get angry and storm out of the house and Lee later went to get him?



What I see as a real possibility in all this is that George and Cindy will argue over this situation and George will be the one to crack, while Cindy remains staunchly defending Casey.

To me a more likely scenario is that Cindy and Casey got into a fight and George couldn't take it. I still think there's a love/hate relationship between mother and daughter.

Yeah. I'm researching now to see if he's a public defender but if you're in a strip mall with a bail bondsman, I'm guessing you're not a high priced attorney.

He is most definately not a PD.
He was, he left 3 years ago to go into Private Practice, there is a thread specifically dedicated to that info.

Respectfully I am responding to this since it is my quote being referenced and this will be my last comment about it. I personally did not say I thought they were having an affair, but that JB is perhaps enjoying his role as hero in her little world. I agree 100% with your last sentence, yet he still CHOSE to be her defense atty. All defendants may be entitled to representation, but a specific atty does not have to chose to fill that role. So that fact alone lowers his place on the moral scale, along with the many other fame-seekers in this case. All said respectfully and IMO, now I am :silenced: on the topic.

Not to beat a dead horse about the whole "Casey/Baez thing", but I just read that Jose Baez has a 21 year old daughter who is a senior at the University of Florida. I think he was being protective as a father. JMO

I've been camping for the past week...I missed a LOT!

Even though Casey's out of jail, I think she'll be back in handcuffs soon.

She's going to be charged with murder soon.

I don't think that she's a drug addict, a mule, an escort, a dancer, or a prostitute. She's certainly not in any kind of intimate relationship with Baez.

I think that Casey's a party girl who got sick of not being able to go out with her childless friends, and who constantly bickered with her parents over the care of her child.

She didn't want her parents controlling Caylee and her, yet asking her mother to keep Caylee so she could go out meant that her mother had a position of power over Casey.

She killed Caylee to "kill two birds with one stone:" 1) freed her of parental responsibilities. 2) removed Cindy's position of power over her.

Caylee is dead. The body may or may not be found. But Casey WILL face murder charges soon. In our society, children do not "disappear" without SOMEONE being held accountable.

I think the point is that it DOES'T help find Caylee, especially if these opnions are correct. It would point to a very slimy situation that would do just the opposite, hence why though I may not agree, i think it justifies being discussed.
