I did not say I was employed by the defense. I should have placed your words in quotes. Sorry if you don't think I am qualified to post on this forum.

Hadn't heard that, but I did listen to the video of that phone call many times and if you do again, pay attention to the voice inflection. Oh whoa would be said one way, but oh well another. I'll leave it to your good ears to listen and decide. Respectfully. But, I heard Oh, well.

Ok so that was kinda vague for me. A person close to this case who, shall I say, was born there and may have long lasting connections to a certain locale in PR? That concern, for me, would take on greater significance if I had a general idea of certain areas in PR where this person could have come from.

Ok, well, I personally think it's sick to mock a little girl's disappearance with a pizza and a rock band. It's just not that funny to me, i guess. (Not that I'm implying Caylee missing is funny to you guys...I mean the prank wasn't funny to me.)

I just think that two wrongs don't make a right, and i think the pizza/rockband/card jokes dishonor Caylee. I wish those people would maybe do something nice in her honor, instead of something vile. Maybe they could try to get a law changed in her honor, or organize a charity in her honor. That would be great.

I was thinking when someone posted about how sad it was that Caylee was not going to be getting new shoes, school clothes, backpack etc.. and starting pre-school, which is would she would be doing if she was safe....that I would like to come up with some sort of donations for backpacks or some sort of cute school pencil boxes with something to honor Caylee. Just a thought. Maybe something for local pre-schools in Caylee's honor.

Well, you're not alone- CNN heard "oh well" too. I'm just throwing it out there, I don't necessarily have an opinion on what was said on that transcript.

Please re-read my post, before you make such an accusation, Isabelle has just told us she has someone very close to this case, I simply stated we were willing to hear it, there was no attack of any kind.

I think it is pretty clear from a few posts, the consensus is leary of a brand new poster, unfamiliar with the specifics of this case by her own admission, with what seems to be a specific track. As it were, I would encourage all to make their own opinions based on the posts themsleves, period. Let's not degrade this thread any further and hopefully we cna get back on topic with serious discussion about new facts and or opinions on this case. Shall we?

cindy and casey seem to hate each other

i know people like that- it happens

why does it happen ? the book would be about a million pages long to describe all the situations that cause such a bad relationship between mother and daughter.


might be that they are jealous of each other in different ways

one wants to be young again and one wants to have a husband or boyfriend

im just ranting.......but they relationship between the two of them probably fits into this somewhere..

No, I read it properly the first time. Consensus being leery means nothing to me, I form my own opinions and don't worry about agreeing the the majority. I just think there is a tactful way to do it, so no one feels targeted. I'm sure the admins would agree.

But yes, I agree with you that we should all be courteous to one another, and stay on topic! That is a good plan.

there are so many people on here and we are all just trying to make some sense out of why this mother won't cooperate and tell anyone where her beautiful little girl is..how could she not even be wondering if she is cold or sick or hurt or lonely and scared.. how could she not miss hugging and kissing her..everyone on here who has a child or a niece or nephew or any child close in there life, can't even imagine the thought of them being missing but we all know we would be going crazy with worry and telling the police anything they needed to know.. so why isn't casey.. i am opened minded and i love to read what you all think happened.. and i have read some great theories and most of them could possibly happen.. but even when u try to make sence of a kidnapping or her handing over caylee to a friend it just doesn't add up.. it doesn't make sense with the facts..or most important casey actions.. this story is national so everybody knows what's going on.. even the kidnappers or friend who has caylee so at this point there is no reason for casey to try to protect her..like she claimed if she talks they will kill cayle.. if they will kill her because she talks.. it's to late for caylee now anyway because everyone is looking for that child so they would have already killed her..so why wouldn't she talk now, so at least the kidnapper will get punished.. sorry but even if you want to believe this kidnapper theory and try to make sence of it, you can't.. everything points back to casey.. and the fact that casey did something on purpose or by accident..either way it points back to casey...and only casey..

I'll play devil's advocate here and go along with LP's theory of Casey giving Caylee to someone to keep her away from her Cindy -

We know that Casey was planning to move in with Amy (documented in Myspace posts). Let's assume that Casey and her parents had an argument on June 15 about her plans to leave. She storms out without Caylee and spends the night with Tony. She returns sometime in the a.m. hours and she and Caylee pack backbacks with clothing and things they will need for a day or so and they leave with George none the wiser.

On the 17th she calls her mom and dad cell phones and home number to make sure that the house is empty. She returns home to pack more of their personal items, maybe even Caylee's birth certificate, because she doesn't plan to return. She backs the car up to the garage to load what she is taking. She also calls her closest friends to tell them that she is no longer living with her parents so they will know where to find her.

She's angry and spiteful and devises a plan to keep Caylee away from her mom. Maybe Cindy threatened to sue for custody. Casey gives Caylee to someone she trusts to hide her. As long as she is the custodial parent and gives permission, she can give the child to whomever she wants to for as long as she wants to. It's perfectly legal as long as the parent gives permission.

Everything is going well. She goes about having a good time partying it up with her friends and keeps making excuses to her parents about Caylee's whereabouts. Then the you-know-what hits the fan.

She doesn't expect Amy to tell her mom where she is, the police are called, she can't produce Caylee and she goes to jail.

Maybe the person she gave Caylee to doesn't want to return her now. I'd certainly think twice about it after seeing how crazy they all are.

Like I said, I'm just playing devil's advocate here with the simplest explanation as to how it could have happened.

But then I remember...the shovel and the cadaver dogs and the trunk that smells like a dead body.

Sorry, LP, but I just don't buy what you're selling.
