Im wondering ---- if theres a connection between the picture of Caylee with her grandparents and the discussion on here about never seeing any of them together with her.....

If we question other things --- will they "magically" appear.....

I wish we could make Caylee magically appear!

Today, for me, is the first day since Caylee went missing that time just seems to have STOPPED!

I feel sadder about this case today than other days...for me, it's because last night Cindy basically confirmed that they won't be doing anything to find her, and will only focus on defending Casey.

When she said she accepts there is nothing Casey can do and understands why she is calm, to me, that translated to, "we won't do anything to help Caylee". That is pathetic.

I'd bet that Casey won't be making any public appearances for a while, and when exposed to the media, will try and cover up as much as possible. Not because of her safety. But mainly because Casey doesn't like the way she's looking these days, having aged terribly during her month of incarceration.

Not attacking you just asking BUT do you really think she could have possibly "aged" in a month? Yeah she looked like crap coming out of jail but Casey isn't a natural beauty, if you know what I mean. She is one that needs the tools...flat iron, volumizer, pomade...make up etc. She didn't have access to her arsenal of beauty tools.

Stick around...with the convention on this week...the media will pretty much stop covering it unless something dramatic happens. It is going to be all about politics now and a blurb is likely all we will see from Orlando.

I find it incredible that there are no leaks from the LE.
If by chance there are only 2 detectives involved and a supervisor, and probably the mayor or other high official.
So as little as 4 people, with some type of significant other, who is begging for information. And then those 4 people have significant others. And on and on. Of course not everyone would talk, but still you would think someone would.
I just find this really amazing.

I don't know why anything about CA surprises me anymore, but I am effing p*ssed that she did not attend the vigil for her OWN daughter. WTF??!! Anyone else??

I'm not shocked she didn't attend More shocked that she didn't wear a bulletproof vest at her release from jail.

They are playing us for fools. They think they are so much smarter than us and we will buy everything they say and overlook all their inconsistencies. I only hope that this dumb arrogance of theirs results in them slipping up. I so hope that George & Cindy are prosecuted if it is discovered they had a role in assisting Casey in covering all this up.

MY SENTIMENTS EXACTLY!! I mean, she's out for a few days, and all the sudden myspace page with (IMO) unseen photos of Caylee?? "My mommy didn't kill me..." You couldn't convince me it was anyone other than Casey Anthony.

I seem to remember her saying to Lee on one of their jailhouse conversations Casey says, "I was the one that made all those myspace pages" am I wrong?

Also, I want to know why Cindy Anthony isn't being charged with the same thing as her daughter? For what? Providing false information to police.

She said on camera that she "stretched the truth about the car being stolen (SIC) to get the cops over there" and there was more. Also, the Anthony's are doing exactly what Casey is doing, they are sending ALL OF US (the world) on a goose chase leading us to believe that somebody has Casey. George Anthony says they are being watched. Really George? To watch someone you have to KNOW WHO AND WHERE THEY ARE.

I think the reason Caylee isn't on the FBI Missing Persons the last person to have Caylee was Casey. She was not with a stranger, grabbed off the street, with persons UNKNOWN when she went missing.
I went to the FBI Crimes Against Children and looked up the definition of "kidnapping"...

g) Special Rule for Certain Offenses Involving Children.--
(1) To whom applicable.--If--
(A) the victim of an offense under this section has not
attained the age of eighteen years; and
(B) the offender--
(i) has attained such age; and
(ii) is not--
(I) a parent;
(II) a grandparent;
(III) a brother;
(IV) a sister;
(V) an aunt;
(VI) an uncle; or
(VII) an individual having legal custody of the
victim;

the sentence under this section for such offense shall include
imprisonment for not less than 20 years.
Under Amendments in 2003 it says:

``(2) Guidelines.--The United States Sentencing Commission is
directed to amend the existing guidelines for the offense of
`kidnapping, abduction, or unlawful restraint,' by including the
following additional specific offense characteristics: If the victim was
intentionally maltreated (i.e., denied either food or medical care) to a
life-threatening degree, increase by 4 levels; if the victim was
sexually exploited (i.e., abused, used involuntarily for pornographic
purposes) increase by 3 levels; if the victim was placed in the care or
custody of another person who does not have a legal right to such care
or custody of the child either in exchange for money or other
consideration, increase by 3 levels; if the defendant allowed the child
to be subjected to any of the conduct specified in this section by
another person, then increase by 2 levels.''

BUT it says "Who is of age and ISN'T a PARENT". I'm no lawyer but my understanding is what happened to Caylee doesn't constitute kidnapping per se.

Again, the Amber Alert wasn't issued not for lack of WANTING to, but for lack of information about what to look for. I can see why Caylee wouldn't be on the FBI's list.

The Anthony's are something else. I bet we weren't the only ones who noticed the specifications of her release (handbook) didn't mention Internet Access. I guarantee it. It's only a matter of time, and I hope the Padilla's are of their word. I'll take the 5 days, but on day 6, I don't want to hear any more excuses. I expect Casey Anthony back in jail, or Caylee sitting with NANCY OR GRETA on TV giving a wave!!!
