I definitely think she's try and pin it on her mother. Anyone but herself.

I would almost 100% guarantee that when it's nearly time for Casey's appointment to be over today the LE will be there to pick her up. Why? Because there won't be the media circus and they won't have to put up with a big production at the house. Either because she's agreed to a plea (which would remand her into custody) or because her bonds been revoked or because they've filed new charges, but Casey's not going back home.

I sure hope she enjoyed her "nice, quiet dinner and a good nights sleep in her own bed" for the very LAST time.

I hope when they get her in :behindbar they will throw away the key.........

I hate it that people are always putting dead bodies in and out of my trunk :furious:

Me, too!! I just hate when that happens!! Good morning sleuther friends! Where is that live cam? I am trying to read as fast as I can to catch up but can't find it. Thanks for any help.

And Casey saying that now is ....well, what did I expect????

Can't go for death penalty or life in prison unless there is a body and it was not an accident. That's all very far away right now, from what we know.
I don't know where you get your information. She isn't going to be able to prove accidental death now and you do not need a body:

Katherine Rutan, also known as Katherine Rutan Pollard, was today sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Rutan was found guilty in a jury trial in August of the murder of her son Logan Tucker, age 6, who has not been seen in five years and whose body has yet to be found.

But the information was right. Right?

Yes, the information was correct, however "source to the investigation" well that's not correct. We think "source to the investigation" as someone within LE, and clearly Cindy's brother is not within LE.

my opinion only

they might offer her 20 years
OR
death penalty if found guilty is likely

she will take it

her lawyer will convince her... this case is so ugly and the evidence is overwhelming and we only know the tip of the iceburg

let her fight it...... but then she will end up killing her parents and her daughter
daughter with her own hands

parents with the pain of her killing her daughter

Good morning robotdog...very good post, sad, and with all that's been revealed...you are most likely right on...don't know how I ever doubted you....:)

Which, to me, sheds new light on something I have been questioning. George's testimony that he saw Casey and Caylee leave on the morning of June 16th. According to him, Casey was the last to see her alive. I have always thought he fabricated this story. If he did, now I know why.

Marina - I thought the same thing, but I think he may have lied to cooraborate his daughter's timeline.

I definitely think she's try and pin it on her mother. Anyone but herself.

If I were the prosecutor, and they tried that, I'd just play that 911 call and ask the jury -- given all the evidence -- is this sound like a woman who was involved in killing this girl?

I think back to Anna Nicole Smith and all their "sources".

I respect journalists when they say: "this can't be confirmed or denied and I chose not to speculate until it has been confirmed by LE and the State's Attorney's office.

I remember when I took Journalism 101 back in high school. You never speculate, your report FACTS!

I agree..I wish I would have written down all the mis-truths that have been reported by the media this far. I've seen quite a few. I'm not saying the media is always wrong OR always right. I tend to not REALLY believe things until I hear it through the sources Patty mentioned.

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boy, this topic needs it's own thread! Last night someone posted the the FBI said . . . NO THEY HAVEN'T SAID BOO YET! I am a facts person also. I also try not to let my emotions cloud my judgement. . .

Did you notice that on OCSO's site there is a Incident Report of LP "attacking" a band member on Sunday. They are claiming that LP said they were interfering with a murder investigation. Of course they didn't file a report until Tuesday.

On the other hand, wasn't LP supposed to still believe in Casey's innocence until Monday night?

I don't think LE thought highly of the whiny boy band with his dad. They said the dad laughed when he said he was afraid of Leonard.

Oh boy, so LP is sharing a "private" conversation in the car as he drove Casey back to the house yesterday and now LEAKS this out to the public. I am sure Baez is very annoyed.

Well LP, if you didn't think you would be called in as a "witness" guess what, you are NOW!

IMO, it's JB's fault all this info is getting into the public domain. He's turned this into a media circus. He doesn't need to be at their house every night....he goes there because he knows that's where the cameras are, and last night alone I think he went out and spoke to the press twice on the lawn, and once earlier, and again this morning. And I doubt she got the news in the car, so I assume JB allowed others to witness her receiving the news or discussed her reaction with others for the info to be out there. It's like he's making sure his client heads to the electric chair. IMOO.

Just an opinion...
but I don't think that the journalists are speculating and I don't think that the journalists are reporting facts by your definition.

Doesn't every CD attorney pray for a career making case like this one? JMO, this is putting his name on the map.

It's possible any Defense Attorney looks for a case like this to get "notarity", and hopefully Baez has enough money in his bank account to pay his bills too!

While I think anyone likes notariaty..Baez doesn't have a great track record prior to this. He will probably make some money from this..I guess it depends on what he likes more..his repuation as a reputable attorney or fame and fortune. JMO.
