This whole thing is extremely sad and frustrating!!! Casey has no business being out of jail in the first place considering she has lied and refused to cooperate in her daughter's dissaperance. Then to top it off, all of the test have come back proving what we all unfortunately did not want to believe from the beginnig! Now we have LP telling us she is going back and no now she's not! I am so sick of hearing about Casey and seeing her on the news. Her daughter is missing and she is being escorted around like Britney Spears and being the center of attention. Where is this baby?!? Where is poor little Caylee?!? Sorry to rant but I don't know how much more of this I can take.

The entire family is just sitting on there butts & not doing a thing. Cindy fights with the media / Lee helps mommy post signs in her yard / George according to TP tis working / Casey is lounging at her lawyers office, taking brownies trying to play momma of the year.

Media gets crucified by Cindy for keeping the story in the public view. Everything is the media or LE's fault. Forget the fact the Anthony's don't even have a clue what day they seen Caylee last!!!! Was it June 6th / June 7th / June 9th / June 15 / June 24th??? Come on Anthony's take some responsibility here.

LP has decided he's NOT revoking bond. Prosecutor was supposed to have a presser today and cancelled. Casey's in another 6 hour meeting with JB, Cindy went on a tirade nailing no trespassing signs all over the place and has proclaimed that she's only allowing TES to search to prove we're all stupid.

Oh, and Casey baked brownies for her hero.

You are are right but have you read this? They knew since the end of July that Caylee was gone. This immunity deal has been there for her to talk to FBI homicide detectives since july 25th. How awful!

1. 911 call: smells like a dead body (not knowing yet something happened to Caylee and Cayse is involved).
2.Tt was a rotting pizza and Caylee is alive - (realising something happened to Caylee and Cayse is involved) Cindy claims she exaggerated during 911 call to bring the police faster at her place=LIED
3.News of physical evidence of decomposing body in car released to the press. An employee not only recognized the smell of a dead body but also told that to George. The same day they called 911. Need to admit there was a smell indeed but............
4.Change pizza theory - admit of a decomposing smell....the smell was not there when the car was towed but later, 15 days later, and someone else put A body there according to Cindy. Look at her face when she realises that she made a big BLOOPER when she tries to explain to the journalists that the car had no smell when it was abandoned, but later when they got it from the tow yard. Even though she has been lying for the past month that there was only a rotting pizza.

Sorry guys, I know you want to believe the grandmother is just confused and upset - and she is - but she changes her stories and facts to save Cayse. The above couldn't make it more obvious. She lied about what she told to the 911 call LIE#1, she lied about the pizza LIE#2, and now with the physical evidence she is lying again trying to explain this new development LIE#3

And the biggest lie she told in that video was..."have I ever lied to you guys?"

If you actually believe that LP likes his nephew well enough to give him a $ 50,000 gift, then you are correct. Otherwise, LP loses Tony's "tip" for acting as the nominal bondsman and whatever incidental legal charges are involved. Remember the stink about having some FL co. involved in their deal? They were even unprepared to pay the incidental legal costs until LP discovered that he would have to do so in order to buy his 15 minutes. Do you know anything about the bail bond business? Very sleazy. Ask a lawyer who deals with them on a daily basis. Bounty hunters - illegal most places, more sleaze.

My only point is that I don't think they'll take the risk, especially since they are in the limelight. And sleaze? Only as sleazy as defense attorney's are. Like it or not, a necessary part of the business afforded by the constitution, IMO.

Something's up. Have you ever seen LP not want to talk and explain himself? LP usually can hardly quit talking. Not giving a reason is odd for him.

Something is definitely up! I must say that I have a feeling that when all is said and done the results are going to be shocking and totally different than what we are all thinking. I am not saying that little one is not dead or that CA is innocent. But, I have a strong feeling that there is a whole lot more to this story than just an accidental death or possible murder by mom. There is so much activity that has gone on between JB, the detectives and the family that we do not know.
There is a very good possibility that there has been a smokescreen that we have not seen through this whole time.

My best theories without detail (because I obviously don't have facts) are either:
1) CA conspired with people to get Caylee away from her parents and either something went wrong or CA is protecting a friend or friends.

2) CA is being set up, meaning the child may or may not be alive. I am not convinced without the official word from Orange County, that the lab results are 100% true. (ex: there is decomposition, but not Caylees, there is hair and DNA but not from dead body).

It would not surprise me one bit if CA pissed someone off either by stealing or who knows what and that person took Caylee and threatened her with either killing Caylee or CA.

These theories may not make sense, but I have this nagging feeling that this is not a black & white situation.

I think JB told LP something that he has know all and LP knows now he has to keep his mouth shut. They are keeping her out of jail for a reason and we have yet to find the truth.

Try to keep an open mind about this before you hang someone, the truth may surprise us!

I watched the raw video of Cindy and I really do believe this poor women is about to shatter. She has no privacy, she truly wants to believe that her granddaughter is alive, and yet she can't question her daughter because I am sure JB has told Casey no discussion with anyone but himself. When all this goes down shortly I hope the reporters back off Cindy..because she is about to shatter.

For one, there is no gift. It is a required fee. Tony will have to pay taxes on that money... Casey may have to as well since it is a gift to her NOT Tony. He went through his nephew because that way it stays in the family and in the business that they have together.

Yes, someone will pay the taxes - maybe. The more publicity he gets, the more likely the taxes will be paid, sooner or later. That, however, doesn't make this anything except a joke. NOBODY pays $ 50,000 out of the goodness of his heart for some stranger who can't tell the time of day without lying which everyone with any sense realized prior to LP becoming involved in this. He bought something for himself, his family, whoever is involved and it was TV time and the ability to insert himself somewhere he had absolutely NO BUSINESS being.
