I know that ya'll are probably way ahead of me now but I can hardly believe the latest that I read from Cindy's mouth. I almost choked on my drink when I read that. So now we have Caylee's great-grandmother hearing from her during the time that she has been missing. Does anyone here honestly believe this?

I want to know how the last sentence answers how the person has Cindy's mothers phone number? :waitasec:

Now the above response from Cindy to the reporter's question is "off the wall".

I don't even know how to respond to that statement.

Regarding Cindy's mother hearing Caylee or speaking to Casey, they just have to get Cindy's mother's phone records.

Hey everyone, Im new here so dont throw stones at me if someone allready asked this lol. If they find Casey to be a "sociopath" or whatever she is. Would that get her off the charges if she is convicted? What im trying to say (not good with words) will she get to walk if they feel she didnt know what she was doing? (if infact Little Caylee has passed away)

Sociopathy is a personality disorder. In other words, you don't get let off the hook for being a bad person. Sociopaths know right from wrong. They just don't care about right or wrong.

Her psych evaluation would come into play but if defense went for the insanity defense, that would be hard to prove here, that she didn't know right from wrong. and then she would end up in a mental institution instead, which might be worse than prison. Insanity defense, you don't walk. The only way you walk is if a jury finds you not guilty.

TY I didnt think so either but ya never know these days. Even though I have been reading this forum for a long time im still so confused! Today for the first time I played the 911 calls and all the calls to my husband and the first thing out of his mouth was "she killed her, you can tell by the tone in her voice and she has no sorrow whatsoever" For someone to say that, that hasnt read anything here kinda put to rest what I have been thinking.

BUT I really really do hope shes alive. But day by day that chance gets smaller and smaller

Does anyone know exactly what time the first 911 call to the Orlando Police Dept. was? I am referring to the one made from the parking lot of the local LE substation when they couldn't figure out which LE jurisdiction she was in so she went home and called? I know it was after 5:30pm but can't find anything to verify the actual time. I know that the second 911 call was made at 8:44pm and the third at 9:41pm per the OCSO website. I am interesting in just how much time elapsed between the first call and the second call. I am also trying to figure out how much time lapsed between the GP's getting the car back from impound around 3:00 or 4:00pm according to Cindy and when the first call was actually made. Thanks

Cindy testified at the bond hearing that she found Casey around 7pm and talked to her for 45 or so before calling 911 bc she wasn't satisfied w/answers about Caylee's whereabouts.

according to casey in her phone call to lee, she switched the simms card from the blackjack to her old phone. so no they don't have the simms card.
