George's statement isn't hearsay. George says he last saw Casey and Caylee at home on the 16th. Clint says that Casey was at Tony's on the night of the 15th. Cindy says that on the night of the 15th, Casey and Caylee slept at the family home. None of these statements are presently hearsay. You may choose to believe any, or all, or none, or some of the above. But they are not hearsay statements. In fact, they all purport to be first hand eyewitness accounts.

Indeed they do, with the operative word being 'purport'.

The site that is being directed to is a personal Bebo site. Bebo is a social networking site, not much different than MySpace. Can people really pick up a virus from there? I've been there several times, and thus far, no problems; other than the usual slowness from using a dial up connection.

You can get viruses from a myspace page... so, I'd guess it's possible from Bebo.

People did look at these posts... 2-3 days ago... nothing came out of it but crazyiness and weird virus alerts.

For Lee's sake I hope he wasn't one of the calls on the 17th that is actually longer then 1 minute indicating that he answered and had a conversation with Casey. If so they (LE) are surely watching him so he doesn't off himself in lieu of testifying against his sister.

*Sources* have not leaked any info about any 17th phone calls....

I want to see the video of that visit. I bet Casey didn't mention Caylee one time. Maybe that's why they looked so defeated when they left the jail. I would think if it was a positive visit, where they had renewed hope that Caylee is alive, Cindy would be on and on and on how Casey is just beside herself with worry over Caylee. NOT.

are the anthony parents not talking because the local LE has maybe threatened them? Yesterday...after Cindy met with LE, she would not look up to answer reporters questions...she called the meeting something strange.._____ building...something. Bet they gave Cindy a grave warning about what she could be charged with if she did not STFU. George responded with anger, but if Cindy was given the warning, she wants to pull hubby away from reporters. Then after visit....no words from either of them....stone-cold expressions. Cindy has always spouted off to reporters. This is difficult for her to keep her trap shut, isn't it?

Thanks anyways odd, it's always there. I am still trying to get the actual facts of what the roomate said last night. He said he was not at the apartment on fathers day because he was at his parents house, so i am trying to track down why people are saying that casey spent the night there.

Craigs list flags the posts for deletion as well.

Plus, someone on here looked where this post directs.. the pics weren't in any way close to the people in this case.

Also, if you do a search for one of the names listed as a culprit... he's a roofer etc ..

Plus, the craigslist poster said, something to the effect that the only people who are on this are he, his fiancee and dog.

That's strange. I was posting with a few people on here a couple nights ago, at least a couple said that indeed, that was Casey in pic #18. I said I sure couldn't testify to that. But, I can say that the one that this person says is Lee sure looks like Lee to me, although again, I don't know that I would testify to it. Another person he points out, I wouldn't know even IF I could see the pics better.

No, it's not just a person, his fiance and his dog. In fact, I saw no fiance and no dog. There are over a hundred people pictured on that person's bebo site. Maybe even two hundred.

I didn't find anyone that was a roofer by the name this person says to google.

On another note, did you guys hear that Cindy was out pounding the pavement yesterday? I'm impressed that she's finally doing something!

Cindy does whatever she wants to do. I think LE is just tolerating her.

The police have said several times that Caylee was last scene on the 16th, and was last with Casey. The DJ roommate specifically says he is not sure if she was there in the morning. Casey may have been there while Caylee and Cindy were at the nursing home, or as someone else has suggested she may have done the booty call visit and left for GPs home late that night/early that morning.

Nobody seems to know much except for the main players & they're lieing & swearing to it as gospel.

I'm sure LE checked with the nursing home to make sure Cindy & Caylee were there on Fathers Day. But nursing homes don't keep track of who visits who either.

I hope LE releases the visit from today. I am torn on what could have happened. Trying to figure it out as I don't think the reporters question this morning is what triggered Georges anger, think something happened prior to that
