I hope LE releases the visit from today. I am torn on what could have happened. Trying to figure it out as I don't think the reporters question this morning is what triggered Georges anger, think something happened prior to that

If we assume, for the sake of this post only, that George is knowingly lying about seeing Casey and Caylee on the 16th, the question is what does George gain by extending the timeline by one day from the 15th when Caylee was visiting her great grandfather? I can't see what he gains here unless whatever happened to Caylee happened sometime between her senior center visit and noon of the 16th.

There is, of course Clint's statement that Casey was at Tony's on the night of the 15th, and a conflicting account from Cindy that both Casey and Caylee slept at the family home on the night of the 15th.

Perhaps Casey kept Caylee in the car on the night of the 15th because she was with Tony and did not want to bring Caylee home, either because she did not want to leave Tony - did not want to interrupt her evening because she was enjoying it, or because of some recent fight with her parents.

Under this theory, Casey discovers her child, now dead, on the morning of the 16th when she is leaving Tony's house. The child is already dead and the flurry of calls later that day are either for help from the family, or to determine whether the family house is empty.

No, it's not just a person, his fiance and his dog. In fact, I saw no fiance and no dog. There are over a hundred people pictured on that person's bebo site. Maybe even two hundred.

I didn't find anyone that was a roofer by the name this person says to google.

One of the posts that was made here the other night by "Justice In Florida" included with the other stuff the fact that LE wouldn't listen, but he, his fiancee and dog know about it.

As for the roofer in question... several of us found it, but I can't remember his name.

IMO, he was not 100% positive about that particular night. He seemed to *want* to be positive, but just could say "100%" about that night as he did with other facts.

ETA:*He being Clint.

Nobody seems to know much except for the main players & they're lieing & swearing to it as gospel.

I'm sure LE checked with the nursing home to make sure Cindy & Caylee were there on Fathers Day. But nursing homes don't keep track of who visits who either.

a lot of nursing facilities have a sign in/out book and you do tell who you are visiting

That's strange. I was posting with a few people on here a couple nights ago, at least a couple said that indeed, that was Casey in pic #18. I said I sure couldn't testify to that. But, I can say that the one that this person says is Lee sure looks like Lee to me, although again, I don't know that I would testify to it. Another person he points out, I wouldn't know even IF I could see the pics better.

On another note, did you guys hear that Cindy was out pounding the pavement yesterday? I'm impressed that she's finally doing something!

The postings here were on the evening of the 11th and the afternoon of the 12th

I hope this has not been discussed recently. I did a search and did not see anything recently. I was wondering if anyone has any information on the FBI's involvement. At the end of July/first of August I was able to find two news stories, neither of which had any details. After that I have seen nothing and have not even spotted anything in news videos. I thought there might be something after the grandfather recently claimed kidnapping.

I know the FBI can involve itself for non family abductions:
In 1932, Congress gave the FBI jurisdiction under the “Lindbergh Law” to immediately investigate any reported mysterious disappearance or kidnapping involving a child of “tender age”—usually 12 or younger. And just to be clear, before we get involved there does NOT have to be a ransom demand and the child does NOT have to cross state lines or be missing for 24 hours.

The FBI also has a system for organizing/managing large volumes of information:
Rapid Start Information Management System (RSIMS) matters in support of major investigations and operations. This system is designed to provide law enforcement personnel with the capability of managing large volumes of investigative data in major cases and crisis incidents. It allows the user to build a case-specific data base and track leads into a variety of reports.

Thanks anyways :) odd, it's always there. I am still trying to get the actual facts of what the roomate said last night. He said he was not at the apartment on fathers day because he was at his parents house, so i am trying to track down why people are saying that casey spent the night there.

Clint said that he returned to Tony's apartment on the evening of the 15th, Father's Day.

Was George yelling,"shut up" at the media or Cindy?

I wish the media would ignore them.

There is video proof of Caylee's Father's Day visit to the nursing home. That video of Caylee at a table, playing with a children's book and flipping its' pages (the video is constantly being shown on television) was taken at the nursing home on the 15th.

I think they were at the nursing home, but the video is not really proof....the time and date could have been set wrong...

I wasn't aware of that....been out of the nursing home for 15 yrs working & had nothing like that. My Mom passed a couple yrs ago / she had been in one & the same/ never signed nothing ever.

Thanks for enlightening me.

I have been quite upfront that I'm choosing to give the Anthony's (George, Cindy, Lee) the benefit of the doubt at this point,

so I'm not trying to be unkind...

but

I suspect that the people at the nursing home CLEARLY REMEMBER when Cindy and Casey visit!

LE is not challenging the 15th as the date of the video. Presumably, LE corroborated the 15th with some good old fashioned detective work, i.e visiting the nursing home, interviewing other residents and staff, perhaps reviewing the nursing home's own security cameras.

That Caylee was at the nursing home on the 15th was never an issue.

I worked in Nursing homes for years and rarely did anyone sign in or did we ask them to unless they looked unfamiliar or where acting strangely

yup. And Clint stated that Casey slept over on Fathers Day as he returned to the apartment that night from Jacksonville. He did say that he could not say that he saw her in the morning.

IMO this just means that she did go back to her parents house as was her habit but maybe left later or earlier than normal. This keeps George's testimony intact regarding seeing Caylee and Casey @ 1:50 on the 16th. There is nothing to state otherwise. And if Cindy claims to have heard them through the door as she left for work it could mean that she was getting ready when Casey came in or in the shower or something.

I dont know anymore....my head is twisted from it all. I cannot keep up with their inconsistencies and am finished taking what Cindy and George say as truth. They aren't credible to me anymore at all.

As much as I despise saying this I bet LE told Casey they would not release the telephone records from today..that is why she agreed to talk to the parents..JMO..not that it matters if they are released b/c I get the feeling it's going to be idle chit chat anyway.
