Perhaps it was the picture of JonBenet taken in the laundry room???
Theres a thought..
Perhaps it was the picture of JonBenet taken in the laundry room???
If I recall correctly, it was a picture of a scarf in the butler kitchen area, perhaps taken to finish the roll of film.

When Haney says this:
"Like I say, this was on your role of
film and it's not exactly the same photograph
that was taken by the police."
I wonder if this is a sarcastic remark.
There is speculation on FFJ that something may have been moved from when this picture was taken to when a police photo was taken.
I think two comments by Patsy refute that.
"Oh, God"
and
"I don't have a clue why anybody would take a picture like that."
Could this picture be the reason there were questions about JonBenet, the basement, and pictures? I think Toltec may have something.
I wasn't quite clear if she was saying "Oh, God"..when she saw the picture of the kids, or if she said it when she saw the picture of whatever the other picture was of. She acts pretty shocked to me when she says..."I don't have a clue why anybody would take a picture like that"...and then asks who took it. Sounds like it is of something that shouldn't have been on the roll.
put emphasis on the word that, which I believe she did,and it sounds like someone is in the pic..."I have no idea why someone would take a picture like THAT". (of JB,BR or whoever).that's the only way it makes any sense to me.she doesn't speak the person's name,so I wonder if it's distancing.

Yes, she doesn't ask why anyone would take a picture "of that" but rather "like that".
TOM HANEY: But it's, it's, it shows --
6 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah.
7 TOM HANEY: -- pretty much, I guess, or can
8 you tell me when that would have been taken?
Is Haney going to say, "it shows --everything"?
12 TOM HANEY: Well, it's on your roll --
13 PATSY RAMSEY: It's on my --
14 TOM HANEY: -- of film on your camera.
15 PATSY RAMSEY: I don't know.
16 TOM HANEY: And this legal pad that you --
17 PATSY RAMSEY: Right.
18 TOM HANEY: -- identified --
19 PATSY RAMSEY: Right.
20 TOM HANEY: -- do you know when that would
21 have been in that position?
22 PATSY RAMSEY: No. So this, this was taken
23 before photo one was?
24 TOM HANEY: Before the police photos.
25 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah, okay. I don't know

1 when this was taken, or why it was taken. I
2 mean, it's nothing.
3 TRIP DeMUTH: Do you recognize that pad, I
4 know it's (inaudible) photo?
5 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah, but we had a lot of
6 those around. There was a picture in another
7 one. I think.
Is she asking why someone would take a picture like that because it doesn't show anything?
13 PATSY RAMSEY: It's on my --

Seems to me the yellow pad is visable in the picture and he is questioning something about the position of the pad in the photo. Does any one else think this could be it.
Or could this be solely a picture of the yellow pad and their was something strange about it's position.
I don't remember Brothermoon's theory. Could you post what it was...Thanks!Let's say it is a picture of the writing pad. I can see why Haney would be asking why and when. And it's on Patsy's camera.
Patsy's answer isn't very comforting. Is this an innocent and irrelevant photo?
I am starting to recall BrotherMoon's theory.
nor do i!!! :blushing:I don't remember Brothermoon's theory. Could you post what it was...Thanks!
Seems like the position of the legal pad in the picture taken by Patsy's camera is different from the one taken by the police camera?
I have to go and will be gone for a few days.
BrotherMoon was a poster I read on another forum a few years ago.
His theory. Think Patsy. No accident.
Somebody else should be able to elaborate. Gotta run.
