Chuck and Judith Cox file for custody

Josh will never, ever, admit that he murdered Susan. :furious::furious:. To this day he actually thinks he got away with it.

Some day, hopefully in the not-so-distant future, he will be held accountable and Justice will finally be served.

Until then, those precious boys are in the care & warm embrace of Susan's parents, relations and friends. At least that judge got it right.

Haha. That is funny about Google removing that disgusting site. The new page is just as bad. They are making themselves out to be hysterical harpies and that will not sit well with a judge or CPS workers. Kids get hurt. All the time. Nothing new about that. I wonder who has really scarred the boys? The grandparents? Or the father who killed and disposed of the boys' mother right before their eyes?

Initial suspicions have long since been dismissed because the forensics obviously came back negative, it has been reported that his sons confirmed his alibi, and no plausible theory exists as to how he could have been involved in the short time his whereabouts were unaccounted for.

Whaaaaat?? I thought he left camping in the middle of the night. Were the children awake the whole time so they can confirm he's innocent? He was only unaccounted for for a short time? I thought he was reached quite late the following day.
