maybe cindy was hoping kathy would just delete them.

IT was Kathy's station that Baez tossed out of his presser. And it was Kathy whoi did the crimnal background on DM. KRN and the Anthonys said they woulnd't deal with that station again. But who does Cindy send the emails out to -- I don't believe for a heartbeat that she was hacked into. SThis woman is on the computer a lot - look how frequently she updates Cayle's page -- does anyone knwo if there were any updates around Thanksgiving (proving she was on the computer those days)?

What difference does it make if they are out of town or home sleeping? the "hacker" didnt have to be in the anthony home sitting at their computer. The "hacker" would be in his own home in his jammies.

So why make a point of saying they were out of town when this happened?

The hacker could be online reading Cindy's e-mail at the same time Cindy was logged in and she wouldn't know.

Yahoo doesn't advise their users of multiple log-ins to the same account at the same time.

By no means am I saying that CA wasn't hacked but I thought I would answer your question The same reason KC did those searches on her computer or sent text messages. Believe it or not some people dont understand that they can be traced especially people who have yahoo accounts or other mail accounts like yahoo. You can access your yahoo account from any where on any computer that has access to the internet.So a person can goto say the library and get into there account from there. It wont be hard to prove though.All the FBI has to do is get the IP number from yahoo for the email send in the time period

Sure, she could plead the fifth on any question asked her, whether charges are pending against her or not, if the answer to the question might in someway incriminate her.

In the recent doc dump, there were several emails back and forth between Cindy and her brother Rick, showing both Cindy's username/email account name, and Rick's. Also Cindy's mom's, Cindy's aunt's, etc.

I just thought of something else - Cindy could have gotten a computer virus that attacks the inbox - it happens more than not - she seems pretty careless and computer illiterate - if got a virus, it could have very well changed cookies within her computer, changed passwords, forwarded all email, etc. It happens

As for a hacker - why would a hacker want to hack into Cindy's computer? It's not like Palin's hacker, geez she was running for VP of the country - Cindy is what? a person who is in an unfortunate situation that has forced herself into the limelight under her own unfavorable look - she basically a no body in this big world, the case is heated but that heated for someone to hack into email? AND it could be some high school kid who did it for kicks because ALL personal information has been blasted all over by the A's, LE, lawyers, everyone - do I think it was malicious? No, I don't - it could be one of those hackers who sits in their room all the time and gets their kicks in destroying computers - think the latest Die Hard movie - hackers

Now if Cindy wants to distance herself from emails on her computer then there is something very wrong with that picture - she should not have to be worried about what was in her email - because she says she has done nothing illegal

People hack because they get emotionally involved in this kind of news and want to know more. The e-mail forwarded was probably chosen because someone thought it was incriminating. The e-mail was sent to the most go-gettum reporter covering Caylee's disappearance.

Maybe there IS something in one of those e-mails that is WORSE obstruction than the hairbrush. Maybe THAT is the e-mail Cindy told ____ (unmentionable person) she didn't send? Maybe that is the obstruction charge the unmentionable one was talking about"?

This makes sense to me. Because Monday was supposed to bring "Shocking News & emails from CA". There is nothing new there. CA is backpeddling to cover herself.

I guess the part I get lost at with this being an inside job to cover for the Anthony's is:

she could have just denied it was her anyway

she didn't bring this subject up, Kathi says she text messaged Cindy and asked her about them because she/Kathi thought something was amiss.

why move it from potentially being on a blog where most people won't see it, and a good portion of those that do will be skeptical of them and take it to an investigative reporter who has proven that she will go digging?

As for the mistrial, I can see Cindy standing on a street corner and holding up a fake newspaper saying KC is innocent - likening her to Manson showing the newspaper where Nixon proclaimed him guilty.

I believe that this is another A. set up. !!! I also believe it might be interesting to think about anyone that she had told in advance regarding this as being part of the set up. She has said the meanest things to and about Kathy B. Isn't it strange that KB is the one that got the pirated e-mails?

I'm just on the first page of this thread, but have to say that I agree with you! Of all the reporters to have received the emails, KB is the one that the A's dislike the most! I think it was very wise of KB to not divulge the content of the emails and instead to turn it over FBI.

Cindy's e-mails will only affect Cindy. Casey is on trial for murder. She isn't responsible if her mother didn't give the FBI the best hairbrush. Just like she wasn't responsible because George had a gun in his car.

MN didn't bail out on George and Cindy because these e-mails put them in a good light. I think he didn't want to be associated because s**t-was-hitting-the-fan and being made public.

I was just thinking...unless she meant to fwd those e-mails to someone else that that had the same first two letters in their email addy as Kathy, she quickly pressed enter to finish, then send.....too late. I would think more then one media would receive the e-mails if it was a hack. Hmmmm! Interesting.

CA is the "Queen of Blame" in my book. She has lived this kind of life for so long, blaming, lies, manipulations etc., it is just second nature. My brain would be fried if I had to think like her!
