I don't know if they will be able to prove she impeded LE, but there are certainly enough instances where it would seem she is involved with someone else who appears to be impeding. She was in contact with LB who falsified a TES document in order to try and help KC. She employed the PI who was seen slashing trashbags and poking around just feet from where Caylee's remains would eventually be found a month later. And, I for one would still like to know what exactly DC was looking for at that abandoned house down the road. He was taped there also tearing into trashbags and digging around, clearly looking for something. She implicated many innocent people trying to take the focus off of KC. I personally think, what with the SAO doing an investigation into tampering, and now JB saying how there was staging at the crime scene, that someone has planted evidence somewhere and the SA knows it. If it was any of the A clan or anyone under their employ, I hope the SA nails them to the wall. JMO.
