Nurmi has totally lost me, I usually do not have a problem with DT's closing but this one is confusing me today

KN is her DP Defense lawyer and in open court during closing args - he says this???

Can't this be used in appeal to show her own lawyer was predudicial???:scared:

I think she knew it was coming. JA and the mit specialist both seemed to laugh. I bet that he has a couple more jokes that he will say to try and win over the juror with humor.

If Jodi had moved on from Travis Alexander why did she drive over a thousand miles out of her way to Mesa on her way to Salt Lake City and show up at Travis' door unannounced.

And do you REALLY think Jodi knew the gun was a weak caliber? lol

Do you also think that LE would not have searched the house Jodi was living in (her grandparents) for weapons and would have found out then the gun was missing, which would be even MORE incriminating?

Nurmi is making very weak argument so far. Jodi's plan was actually quite clever. Smart does not equal knowledgeable and while many women are "smart" they do not understand guns and caliber.

The burglary is simple. If she took the gun from her grandpa, it would be easily traced back to her. If the gun is stolen, she thought there would be no way to trace it back to her.
