I am listening in order to hear what he says..as only then can I complain. It like when you vote politically, if you do not vote -- you shouldn't complain.

Why would she want a hung jury? Wouldn't that mean more jail time and they would just have to do this all over again?

From what I've read, the DT believes if they get a hung jury after this lengthy and costly trial there would be great pressure on the State to accept a plea deal to 2nd degree rather than go through the cost of another trial.
