*Status Conference Hearing (@ 1:15pm MT) – CO - *Adre “Psycho” Jordan Baroz (26/now 27) was arrested & charged (August, 2020) for charges related to possession of drugs, assault & possession of a firearm by a previous offender. Alamosa County #C22020M41. Due to COVID Adre was moved (11/10/21) to Pueblo County.
CO - *Adre “Psycho” Jordan Baroz (26/now 27) was arrested & charged (2019) possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree assault, destroying evidence. Alamosa County #C22019M65
Colorado DOC records show Baroz was in prison from March 2016 until November 2018. He was on parole until June 23, 2019. Baroz was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday (11/18/20) on drug & weapons charges (#C22020M41), but he didn't show up, according to Alamosa County.

Affidavits say Adre Baroz sent a man identified as Dustin McDermott, 24, to get rid of Martinez's car after his murder & take his girlfriend, Hammel, to Lasauses. It's believed Hammel & Adre Baroz had a sexual relationship for two days. The SOI told investigators Adre Baroz said he was going to kill Hammel.

Okay - I do have both those links - I thought maybe you could access something that I couldn't. I shall wait until tomorrow - to see if there are any updates. I guess there aren't any articles about this case.

Don't forget this is US DISTRICT/FEDERAL COURT so sentencing is still some time out. The judge will order the pre-sentencing investigation report and there will be investigators collecting information for the judge for him to consider and assist with crafting the penalty he will impose.

ETA: I also think Francisco is no stranger to US District Court and was probably part of the 2014 federal bust “Operation Gangster Disciples” -- he was age 32 then. IMO, he's going to want to do stay in the federal system prison over the state prison and anxiously waiting to see what the attorney general signed off on (plea agreement) now that he's formally changed his plea.

CO - *Adre “Psycho” Jordan Baroz (26/now 27) was arrested & charged (2019) possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree assault, destroying evidence.
Colorado DOC records show Baroz was in prison from March 2016 until November 2018. He was on parole until June 23, 2019. Baroz was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday (11/18/20) on drug & weapons charges (#C22020M41), but he didn't show up, according to Alamosa County District Attorney Bob Willett.
