The defense finally did what they should have done yesterday. Have CSI Joe say that he can't tell when the blood was left in the living room, he can't tell us if the blood was left in a single event or multiple events and he can't tell us how much blood was left behind. JMO

That’s obvious but the fact of the matter is that house was redone so it stills gives a time frame

In other words, Mark did a dang good job cleaning up the murder scene.

That's true. We will hear more about this blood evidence in the future. Specifically DNA.
According to Redwine, Dylan had limited visitations after the home was remodeled, and had not suffered an injury that caused any bleeding during visits after the remodel and before November 2012.

The Indictment article is interesting. So is the embedded articles. One is a quote from Mark: "“I firmly believe that the most critical time was in the first day or two or three and that everything possible should have been done. I think that not enough was done in that time frame,” Mark Redwine said in the interview."

Yet, again, what do the facts show?
Here's one of many:
"The first night when rescue crews were deployed to search for Dylan, scouring the woods near Redwine’s home. At around 11 p.m., all the lights in Redwine’s house went out. At a time when most people would have been out in the woods with a flashlight, a time when most people would know to leave the light on in case a child was lost in the woods … At 11 p.m., the defendant’s house went dark."

I don't know what happened to the Law & Crime live feed. They were supposed to come back at 10:15. Maybe the break is running long.

Here it is. I hate that they keep starting a new feed after every break. Now I missed a bunch again.
