This must be what I was remembering about the fireplace poker.I don't recall. But this am I went through all the photos of state evidence, and not even knowing fireplace poker was involved.. I saw the skull mark and said to myself "that looks like the end fillagree of a fireplace poker.
There’s one in here…Is a picture of the prosecution's reconstruction anywhere?
I don’t eitherI don’t think the judge likes the defense very much…
I bet there are many, many people that join him in that sentiment!I don’t think the judge likes the defense very much…
If that's true and there's a conviction it will be part of an appeal. The judge needs to appear neutral and not like or dislike either side. JMOI don’t think the judge likes the defense very much…

I haven't been following live, so perhaps others that have can answer this. It appears that Dylans' text all have a signature line. "B3) PIMP FACE WITH A STASH" . Did they cover what does this refer to? It's even on the ones he sends to his mother. At first I was thinking it was referring to Mark photo or ?? did Mark receive such and think it did refer to him eating poop and set him off? If irrelevant to case, never mind. e.g. Exh #31 Colorado Judicial Branch - La Plata - Cases of Interest - PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO v. MARK REDWINE - Trial Exhibits
Yes but he's been hard on the prosecution at times too. I just think defense seems to be making a lot of mistakes and he's correcting them.I don’t think the judge likes the defense very much…
I agree!!!!This isn't looking like the "infinitesimally small amount of blood" John Moran told us in his opening.
The B3) text is a code that the phone reads, so when the message shows up on the phone it's shown as an emoji (illustration) instead of text. The transcript didn't decode this to draw an emoji, so it just shows up as the code describing what it is. The people receiving his message would have seen an emoji.
Stands to reason with me. Some was Dylan's some was Marks.https://twitter.com/reporterashley/status/1408485909692100608?s=21
a DNA expert testifying today said several samples indicated the blood either matched Dylan, his brother or Mark. One only matched just Dylan. The defense is trying to show that no one can say how long any of the blood had been there, meaning maybe not related to this case
