I have only skimmed today's activity here but I see she has not arrived yet - and Gannon has not been found (and they are not searching). I've followed many cases here on WS and other forums - a word of caution if I may - the Arrest Warrant can be terribly awful to read and once you see it - you may not "unsee" it - if you have deep feelings about this little boy - you may want to consider skipping over it. I speak from experience - I made the mistake of reading Randall Pruitt's arrest warrant - I should not have and did not heed the warnings of my fellow sleuthers. Never again.. It has stayed with me - I do not want to know how our boy suffered at her hands so I will skip over that but will post to the media thread of course.

Where is Gannon? sigh...

Not a good sign if T knew her well enough to chat on IG and answer questions defending herself the first night. It will come out in the trial but won't surprise me if she was involved with drug dealers.

I'm not a pediatric specialist either but I've raised 4 boys and none of them ever breathed or cried like that even when we made obligatory ER visits for sports injuries. I gave her the benefit of the doubt until her interview and even then said maybe she's covering up something but didn't hurt him, but after that video I was sick hearing her tone, his cries and knowing the dynamic too well from my own childhood.

... and all applies to a boy who suffered a large amount of blood loss and was in too much pain to bend over and pick up his switch.

TS should thank God that she wasn't tied to a bumper and drug back to Colorado.

With all due respect, I did. Further I wasn’t arguing with the original poster. I was basically piggy backing off the poster...my point, maybe not clear, was that they must have evidence to justify the charge of first degree murder, and IMO wouldn’t base it off a hit from dogs, especially if it was in an open space on Colorado highways without corroborating evidence. Also was trying to get some info on if the timeline fits on whether DNA results from those searches would be available by now. I’m assuming so. Apologies if it seemed like I was being argumentative.

Well, personally I'm not judging what happened in any of the marriages of the involved parties (AS, TS, or LH). I'm only looking at the various relationships within the context of how it impacted how TS treated/or thought of Gannon. AS is a victim, and this topic IMO is strictly off limits and out of bounds.

I’ve heard this too. My reply is that I am fascinated by the behavioral science of it, and that her interests are different then mine. She might knit and I don’t. She might play tennis and I don’t. We are all different and I am fascinated by crime and what makes people tick.

Replying to my own post. I should have added also because I care about these missing people and maybe I can help.

In the McStay case, I went over to that area and up in the hills on deserted roads, looking for places they could have been dumped. In the Bob Harrod case, some thing. In a case of a missing mother who disappeared on mountain roads, I drove the route to look for busted through guard rails and places a car could have gone over and stoped and checked the area out. In the Bryce Laspisa case, I drove Castaic and the 5 trying to find him. I check out homeless areas and look for redheads.

It’s not all about forensics and science, behavioral or otherwise. And I can’t tell you the tears I’ve cried for the cases here that didn’t turn out well. So many of us care. I’ve had 3 bouts of cancer, chemo, radiation and surgeries and never cried but I cry for Dylan, The McStay boys, Gannon, The Vallow/Ryan children and so many more I can’t even name anymore.

The night that she put that carpet confrontation video on Facebook I almost threw my phone, feeling that yes the whole thing was premeditated, and yes she recorded this on purpose. She has NO idea how terrible she came off in that video. It was all over in my mind at that point

It was Federal DEATH PENALTY case. Lots at stake and his defense dragged it out for two full years.

I think it was either by accident or she was intending to use it as a proof of life video for the time the TV was discussing that basketball player's death on Sunday night, which means she had hurt him seriously at that stage and was expecting him to die before morning or she intended killing him next day. But she didn't realize RD's CCTV picked her movements up. It is possible she had also overdosed him at that stage too.. JMO

It’s unbelievable, but not really, how obstinate and unaffected she was during the S.C. court appearance. I expected her to yawn at any moment. And if you look closely she was actually smiling basically throughout the whole thing. Her lips are small and crushed in so it’s not that obvious at first glance. And she was trying her best to charm that judge. Story of her life, no doubt. She also blinks very infrequently, like Arias, and did some mirroring of the judge and scanning of the room. Watch closely. Signs of a sociopath.

I really wonder what reason AS had for deciding to divorce her. It must have been something big like cheating, stealing, harming the kids, etc. it had to be something big.

IMO it didn't necessarily have to be something big like that. There are so many years of red flags with her (stories, legal records, etc. etc.), at some point after the infatuation wore off (which can take up to 3 years), the blinders may have come off and he started seeing a lot of the little flags, things started adding up, etc. It's also possible one or both of the kids were starting to drop hints, or otherwise somehow communicate, if she wasn't always treating them ideally in his absence etc. I'm not sure if he was truly at the point of divorce yet or if he was just getting there, which would have been enough of a trigger for her, and enough for her to spring into action/reaction, especially if she does indeed have BPD (borderline personality disorder) tendencies.

A friend was kind of putting me down earlier today, saying she didn’t see the point in anyone wasting time following a case, as opposed to just reading about it after it’s been solved or whatnot, etc. I wondered how all of you would have responded or explained it to her; I’m fairly new here and I know many of you are veterans. Some of her words:

It’s the police/detectives job to figure out what’s going on and build the case to arrest.... And from the minute I heard the story we all knew the stepmother did it. Thank you for the warning...I have viewed websleuths for years, never have been this engaged in one particular case, not even sure how it came about. Now I feel like I personally know Gannon, his family and some of the posters on these Gannon threads, quite an experience.

Dissociative Identity Disorder (formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder) is a controversial disorder. But it is in DSM and has been for years. It's not the same thing as using multiple "identities" for fraudulent purposes.

I doubt she has Dissociative Identity Disorder anyway. A Personality Disorder? Maybe two? Yes.
