I know I’m replying to these hours later since I’m catching up. Not trying to restart a conversation that was previously finished, but I didn’t see my thoughts in any other replies.

While the video is certainly not high quality, she did not look to be showing any concern for Gannon, much less, over the top concern. IMO. But like you, I am heartbroken thinking about Gannon and what his thoughts were that morning, especially as he climbed into that truck. Even if he was under the impression he was being taken for medical care (which I doubt), he was with someone he was likely terrified of, and who had already hurt him pretty badly.

BBM. - Given that she lies every time she opens her mouth, I think that if she did tell someone a story, it’s unlikely to be the truth. No way did this woman admit to anyone what actually happened, IMO. BUT, if said story involves a dead Gannon, that would be good for LE to know. Sticking with the theory that there are bits of truth in her lies, and all.

That said, I seriously doubt she has admitted to anyone that Gannon was anything but alive in her presence. It will be interesting to hear her stories once the actual evidence against her is known to her. Real evidence- not just whatever AS may have said to her. Even if AS did tell her the things she claimed about the sock and bloody 2x4, it doesn’t make it true that those items were found.

As has been noted many times, she is a true nightmare client. I can just see her getting p.o.’d at her attorneys when they start picking holes in her “Tsplainings”.
There is always a chance she may have confided in someone she trusted or was close to, though.

Given how much she likes to talk there are probably many witnesses who can attest to her many different stories.
There may also be someone who knows the truth or at least can give LE some helpful information.

Imo

Hiring a car at all makes no sense, she had a reason and she used a whole tank of fuel!. I think it was to get rid of evidence but until we see the warrant or get to the actual trial we cant possibly know and we are just going round in circles
95 miles each way to airport.
Reported door to door search by herself stated to be accompanied by Al.. wouldn't be long emptying a full tank of juice.
I have a feeling she left the home that night, could have planned a scene with Al because Landen was arriving.
She could have an entirely 'other' life that remains unknown to us.
A boyfriend.
She could have expected her own vehicle to be tracked if LE gave her any indication on Monday night that her story was unsound.
An expected need to escape.
A reason to keep Al from his own vehicle for as long as possible.
She could have dropped his into a car valet place, told them no rush, 3rd charge in list, covering up evidence...

Apparently TS's SC teacher's license was reinstated and for all the good it will do her, it's current. I can't grab a screen shot but it can be looked up here

When I tried before, I didn't have all needed info because unlike CO and NC, SC requires more than a name. But now we have a birthday of 8/4/1983 from her booking and we have her SC license number from lawsuit materials related to her employment. (261777) So take a look using the 2nd lookup option. It's informative.

@MsBetsy had posted something yesterday from USA Today saying in 2017 SC got an A on their licensure procedures while my state (NC) got an F and CO got a C. I don't think NC is that bad based on both personal and professional knowledge. But if you want to see some examples of the national tests related to teaching TS passed including the PRAXIS, check her SC record towards the bottom of the page. I know people have questioned her education and I see why. But she did pass needed tests for licensure. And cheating usually isn't an option on those!

Black Forest Regional Park is pretty open. It is Ponderosa Pine Forest and the understory is kept clear. Despite this, the Black Forest 2013 wildfire burned some areas pretty badly which opens it up even more. Lots of people who walk their dogs there and ride their horses there. The dogs are supposed to be on-leash, but I've seen off-leash dogs. Not a good place for disposal, in my opinion. Fox Run park to the north is also well maintained and very crowded three seasons of the year. It is relatively busy even in winter. Of the two, I would probably pick Fox Run just because of the proximity of Fox Run to Roller Coaster Road.

I am actually inclined now to agree with the theory of the murdering moving the body on Tuesday after the original disposal on Monday. It's insanely risky, but the murderer seems willing to take risks that most people would not consider reasonable.

And part of Defense's preparation is poking at the holes in their case. Her attorneys will then experience cognitive dissonance.

She rented the car in CS, not Denver. If the receipt is accurate.
Edited to add: If she had to drive to Denver to get AS that cuts into the time she had that day for nefarious purposes.

We know Tee is a liar, but sometimes there are kernels of truth within lies. My mind keeps going back to her pre-splaining blood, the just-in-case-he-needed-to-vomit bag, and her assertion that he pooped his pants. So we believe he suffered some sort of injury, either accidental or at the hands of Tee.

It’s been said Gannon suffered from IBS, but I feel like her mentioning his soiling his pants points to something else. Perhaps he was drugged or perhaps the release of bodily fluids occurred at death, as often is the case. JMO the latter. I haven’t heard definitively whether cadaver dogs were used. Does anyone know?

Seeing Gannon smiling with his sister and that evil woman on the hiking trip the very day before she caused his death is heartbreaking.

If I'm looking to disappear a body, and a dumpster is not an option, and I'm in Co. Springs, I'm gonna get my 4wd and drive up Rampart Range Road.

The problem with this road is, I think it's closed in winter. Now, if a local could tell if it was open due to mild weather, or open for a ways up in there at least, then yep, that's where I'd head if I wanted to dispose of a body.

Black Forest regional park doesn't cut it for me. How you gonna haul a body back one of those foot trails? Way too much risk.

I'm on the dumpster path, or possibly a deeper body of water.

Again, why would she have moved his body when she had more than enough time to hide it the day before?
Also, Al was home on Tuesday, she would have expected to have been under his observation...
It simply makes no sense.

The whole rental car makes no sense. And yet, she did rent one. I certainly don’t believe her silly explanation why she rented it. So I believe the theory is that she rented it for some nefarious purpose.

And I believe although she remembered to leave her phone at home, that she may have forgotten her Apple watch on. Thereby, needing to move his body from where she may have left him on Monday.

What I’m wondering is if she “accidentally forgot” her phone AND Apple watch on Tuesday while she was in the rental car.

But when did we learn she didn't have her phone on Tuesday? If I were picking up someone at the airport I'd need a phone for communication.

I was thinking about all these search areas that probably came from GPS from either the rental car or her watch. They found some items, but not Gannon. Is it possible she brought him drugged/injured/near death to a remote area and deserted him? LE has gone to locations she was near but he might have wandered off deeper into the woods looking for help. He would have succumbed to his injuries or exposure within hours.

I dont think she is very spiritual tho

A prayer gathering was held Wednesday night at Restoration Church. His mother and stepmother attend the church.
“It’s one of our own. This little guy is one of our own…we’ve been monitoring it closely. Of course, deeply concerned,” Lead Pastor Paul Aragon told KOAA-TV. “Since we are so close in proximity of the family, where they live, we felt like this would be a natural place to come together and just provide support for the community…this community is going to make it through this difficult time. We don’t know what’s going on, but our hearts hurt. We just want to be here for everyone.”

I can’t begin to speculate on her spirituality but what I do know is she took Gannon to The Garden of Gods and she was known to attend a House of God. There does seem to be a deep connection to the church and Gannon and his family.
I know there are church services for Gannon planned this weekend. Hoping God hears these prayers in numbers.

Actually the article wasn't just based on licensure. It was a survey to find out how well schools check for criminal backgrounds. Not every state requires a background check for licensure, but the states that do were given 20 points while others were given none.

Some states only require the school district to complete a background check. Some only require a general criminal background check while others require an FBI check and a child abuse check as well.

Ahhh, good catch. If renting the car was prompted by the realization of her wearing the Apple Watch on Monday, then she would certainly NOT wear it again on Tuesday.

I'd rather believe that she was clueless about the Apple Watch throughout. The average Apple Watch owner is unaware of its behind the scene intricacies. At least I am hoping.

Yes. People outside of the area don't realize how popular our parks are year-round. If you want privacy, you head to Pikes Peak National Forest, but it takes a lot longer to get there.

MOO Getting a rental car if you plan to drive 955 miles and the leased car is near its mileage limit actually does make sense.
The over limit penalty miles can be .25 a mile. MOO probably the reason the truck was used as well.
