Thx for this. Major crimes coming on board Jan 28th makes me think that as soon as AS arrived he knew something was very wrong with T's version of events, he shared those concerns with LE. She probably slipped away in the rental car before they had her under surveillance. But after she reappeared, they had probably been watching her since. JMO

Do we know she called from home, or while driving? There was no mention of this call on the police blotter, btw. ( edit- I will say IMO- as the blotter no longer goes back to 1/27. ) LE did not show up until 10pm, due to call volume

(I kind of wonder if something happened with the dogs since she mentioned them in her interview and then weirdly wrote about the gate and the back yard and such.)

The dogs, gate, etc played a role in such a way that she had to put them in her narrative for us 'the audience.' I'm not sure how, but it was intentional.

It's ironic how all these details available to the public have emerged from LS's statements, yet the bio parents haven't provided a single detail (because it's not important). The only details I've seen from the bio parents is that they love him and want him back. The other details don't matter.

At this point I’m not sure if I read somewhere or if it’s my own assessment ...that in her mind the video was meant to show AS that his child does in fact misbehave & make life ‘difficult’ for her. Obviously she’s not very ‘normal’ in her thinking so she doesn’t take into account how horribly abusive it comes across.
Perhaps she told LE Mon night an excuse for running away could be that he knocked over a candle, etc the previous evening and he might be afraid his father will come home & be angry (because perhaps that’s what she pounded into his poor little mind)???

It’s hard to fathom any way that one you might “accidentally” kill a 90 lb 11 year old. It seems like it would be hard enough to kill someone if you were actively trying. I don’t buy any accident theories. Even if she was pathologically enraged. Think about it. It takes a lot to kill someone, unless u shot them, and that’s rarely an “accident.”

Had this entire thing been premeditated, then I wouldn’t have expected blood to be found in the house. I also wouldn’t expect her to commit this crime in broad daylight, and allow herself such a small amount of time with which to work.

So personally, I think the premeditation aspect was the murder itself, but the reason for the murder was a prior act of abuse.

I agree, I don’t see a plea deal even being offered, much less her accepting one. I think this goes the distance.

As stupid as this sounds I think she put this video up to support a reason for him running away. She knew she did something wrong to him so she had to blame him and get him on video admitting to whatever it was. He got in trouble and was upset about doing something wrong “pinky swear it was an accident”. I believe she posted it to support he did something naughty and he was scared of the consequences and that was his reason for running away.

Imo no normal person would believe that but in her mind it justified that he was to blame for the next premeditated steps. She wanted others to know he did something bad that caused her to do whatever she did in the following days.

Or a hockey stick? Very sad if true, and if you put it in a timeline with her selfies and statements (etc), more than chilling. It's a kind of viciousness that the law doesn't really have provisions for.
