I think this psychosis, or whatever you want to call it has been growing in TS for some time.
Even her looks have changed significantly imo.
It's a scary thought what mental disorders can do a person, going untreated.
But that's what I think it probably is. She was developing into a psychotic state.....and then she did. Poor Gannon. :(

Local media file motion to unseal Letecia Stauch’s arrest affidavit

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KDVR) — FOX31 and Channel 2 joined a large group of Colorado media organizations requesting Letecia Stauch’s arrest affidavit be unsealed.

The motion was filed Monday afternoon by Denver-based attorney Steven D. Zansberg. It requests the court orders the affidavit to be unsealed.

Zansberg requested the court allow the media petitioners to be heard on the matter “at the earliest practical time.”

I felt that he looked incapacitated when walking to the car. I know a lot of people couldn't see it, but it seemed strange to me that he was walking so slowly when she was walking so quickly. It was also strange to me that she paused at the door when he was standing there, almost as though she was helping him in or something.

Later, when people questioned it I started second guessing myself, thinking that he was walking while playing on his Switch or something, and that's why he was moving slow.

But with the neighbor's statement, I know feel a little more confident in my initial hunch that he was moving sluggishly because he was incapacitated in some way.

Of course this is all JMO. Maybe one day we'll see the non-pixelated longer version of the video that the neighbor talks about.

I am so thankful that he came forward!

I saw it too, @Gray -- his gait looked unsteady, or dazed, or somehow impaired, "drunken-ish" (to coin a word), like a child who has just awakened, or who is weak due to sickness, or something -- his walk was, IMO, definitely not normal. I knew then that he was in trouble...

Well we can also say she has anger management issues and behavioral issues. And for all we know she was on drugs.
I am calling her as I know her
An abusive parent and murderer.
No excuse pass given.

What’s interesting though is AS said the kids never complained about her and if he thought for a second she was abusive he wouldn’t have allowed her near his kids. So you think she was abusive to him prior to this day?

Has this press release been posted yet? We may be getting lots of answers very soon...

"A consortium of news organizations Monday asked an El Paso County District Court judge to unseal the affidavit that outlines why authorities arrested Letecia Stauch in the death of her stepson, 11-year-old Gannon Stauch.

A motion filed by media attorney Steve Zansberg notes that Stauch’s lawyer opposes the unsealing of the probable cause affidavit, but the district attorney’s office does not."

(ETA: The link in the quote takes you right to the motion.)

I can't wait to see this thing. A part of me knows it may be hard to stomach, but a part of me just has to know what evidence they have.

The Petco was "out of the way" only to an observer. I think T was taken aback by the question because for her purposes it was right on the way to where she intended to go....towards the general area of Palmer Lake to dispose of a body & evidence in the truck. I personally believe that G was drugged to the point he may have passed out in the back seat. It would be 'clean & easy' (in theory) to perhaps tie a plastic bag (like a throw-up type bag) around his
head and let him smother. Unfortunately for the murderer this might cause vomit & excrement to be something to clean up) explain later....
Hmmmm..just another theory..
Hope we get to learn a lot more Wed. afternoon.

There are a couple of rough transcripts and summaries. One by Abstar80 on page 43 of the last thread.

Did u guys catch how in audio she said something to the effect of: “I’ve thought long and hard about who I can punish for this.” She commented about thinking about past guys she’s dated etc. What an ODD phrasing, right?

“...who IIIIII can PUNISH for this.” Wow.

Sounds like an attempt at a frame up to me.

Yes I do.
Not unusual for kids to not tell on an abusive parent out of fear. And if he was away as much as TS complains he was away it all occurred while he was away. When she had the most power and control. Moo

I have only listened to part of it as it’s time consuming to put all of my notes in order & explain in a way that most people would understand.

Without going into every little detail of each sound (however I can’t if anyone wants me to...as I did take copias amounts of notes) the short story is in the first 16 minutes that I listened to she showed contempt for LH, judgement towards LH’s parenting, anger towards LH for choosing her husband over her children, she sounds frustrated with the entire custody situation, she also IMHO sounded like she was angry, even resentful that LH & her parents were in the picture...which baffles me.

T also sounded like she had premeditated/calculated answers to the “threats” angle. Yeah she didn’t seem to be too calculated when answering very poignant questions. She also deflected, a lot, like when she was asked these direct questions. Minute 19:02 the caller says “ and now you hate her” referring to after Gannon has gone missing and the stuff that has come out of her very own mouth, as well as her obvious bitterness toward Landen/custody situation when she did the Cousin It interview. She respondes quietly saying “no that’s not the case” and then immediately started talking erratically, about all kinds of nonsense, not finishing her thoughts & jumping around from topic to topic. This particular statement/question seemed to through her for a loop. Which in my opinion is on because she took a call from a total stranger. How could she possibly not think that that total stranger would ask not ask her some of these type questions… like hello! That is all wayyyy beyond me. And very stupid of her quite frankly.

For someone who said that this wasn’t about her she said “I”a whole lot. Except for when it came to answering direct questions, then it was all about everyone else.
Also interestingly enough, at one point she says well she hints around that it is selfish for Landen to want the children to stay in South Carolina because she wants it her (LH’s) way. That’s just kind of humorous to me because everything seems to be all about what she (TS) has done for the children and how she feels and what she thinks, what she wants, her her her her her her... that’s not selfish at all. *eye-roll*.

Okay this ended up being a bit longer than I had originally planned and I did go into some detail but some of those things I just had to share because they were so blatantly obvious. Not just because of her tone but also in what she actually said over and over in different ways with many words.

I have to go to bed early tonight because I have a stress test in the morning… Yayyy, said by no pleasantly plump person ever.

But I hope to continue to listen from minute 28 forward sometime tomorrow afternoon and into the evening.

PS: I used mostly talk-to-text. And I’m 51 pages behind. Is there a secret to catching up that is unbeknownst to me? I could sure use some tips on how to ketchup. ;) Also! Another thing that struck me in audio was when she said she was ANGRY because there were things she didn’t know how to handle that his mom and nan did. The use of the word angry is very telling. And what THINGS is she referring to??? Sounds like maybe some particular idiosyncrasies or physical or health or personality issues that Gannon had that only his mom and nan knew how to deal with. But she was ANGRY because she apparently did not.

You know how all kids are different, some like to lock themselves in their room, or won’t eat when sad or angry, or maybe some throw tantrums, or bang their head on a wall etc. Who knows what she was referring to.

@Love Never Fails said:
Yes we are.

That was not discussed during her recorded phone call so I think that would not be allowed here (social media rumor). Perhaps Mod can clarify but I think Petco discussion limited to the content of her phone call discussed on WS youtube. MOO

@sillybilly
It is not a fact, just speculation. I think we are free to speculate on why that Petco location....

I cautioned a few threads ago having learned my lesson from the arrest warrant of Randall Pruitt - once you see it you can unsee it - I think this one will be as bad if not worse so I may stay away personally
