Wowza, soooooo many FBI personnel from all over the country listed as certified witnesses on the complaint document. Some other unexpected LE agencies too, like "West Chester PD" (no address or state given.)

Here's some that stood out to me:

A Nintendo product support specialist

Ring law enforcement specialist

Multiple employees of Petco on Nevada Ave.

An employee of the Kohl's near that Petco

Tile inc (small bluetooth location trackers usually put on keys or devices)

Memorial Hospital security

Avis employees, CO Springs airport location

A Denver Police, DIA airport division detective (J. Major)

USAA

CO Springs Waste Management Transfer Station

Conoco on Garden of the Gods Rd

Subway on Powers Blvd

PayPal

*advertiser censored*&Go in Fountain

Conoco on Academy Blvd

Phillip's 66 on Austin Bluffs Pkwy

Butler County Coroner's Office (OH)

I'm still trying to go through this list. There are a lot of missing addresses and it's sometimes unclear who or what organization/agency exactly they're referring to.

In the Watts or Frazee case, the addresses were redacted on witnesses who were friends or neighbor type of people.

Man I thought I took what was a very short emotional break from this thread. Only a couple days now I’m like 7 threads behind. How do you all keep up.

Anyway I took a breaK only to come back and the first thing I see is the memorial video Gannon’s dad made for him. Great tears again why am I so emotional over this one. Dang , Truly seeing those pics of his short life . This could be my son, your son anyone’s little boy. Any of our typical families , just everyday people until Evil strikes. It’s hard to grasp that we walk this world with monsters beside us never knowing until it’s to late. I was frustrated with my little guy just a hour ago. I retrieved to my room for escape. But now I called him in begged him to take time out of his busy almost 5 yr old world to come lay with grandma (I’m grandma but he’s mine 24/7 - ) And just cuddle. Then I realize this very site WS and more importantly Little Lucas is the very reason why my little boy is probably even alive he’s safe and happy and about to go to kindergarten almost the age Lucas was. Then I cry again , I
Thank God I do follow these cases and I did wake up to the reality of what was happening in my life. So friends just know that these cases are so heart breaking to follow yet they also do change life’s. We learn from them I’m certain somewhere out there someone is following Gannon’s story and alarm bells are going off. Maybe His story will some how in some way protect / save another child. It’s sad that it took a little boys death to knock sense into me.

You are basically making a really good argument for why the Judge should close the next proceedings. To the Court, it's a work day, and work day rules are in place. It's not a procedure intended as a public spectacle.

The behavior of the attorneys has absolutely no bearing on what evidence they have or how the case will eventually play out. I hope that we are allowed to see the April 14 hearing, and I don't think the Judge will change his mind about that one - but that may well be the last time we see anything from that courtroom.

That's because it's very different to actually be in a courtroom than to watch one on TV, and I can now see why many judges are reluctant to have cameras in the courtroom. I think it was important, this time, for TS to actually see what her situation truly is. She's not escaping and she will be on display, without makeup, without tweezing, etc. In front of AS and LH.

But really, she'll still be spending most of her time in a cell.

I love you, and I respect your opinion, but I see it a different way. As a CASA advocate, with a Judge for a neighbor, and as a member of the public who has sat on a jury multiple times- the professionalism matters. The attitude matters. First impressions are so important.

Juries are compromised of the public. You best believe there is plenty of talk about the attorneys- from how they are dressed, to the way they carry themselves, etc. That all affects jurors and their thoughts.

All involved in that courtroom are paid for by the public. The proceedings down to the cleaning of the floors. " Behind closed doors" breeds mistrust in many.

My neighbor was pretty vocal about the hearing. His wife was really concerned about Landen and her feelings. He has 0 concern about cameras in his courtroom- and with or without them, he expects professionals to act as such. Her hiding behind the moving PD who was running block would not have happened. Respect for the process. This is not talk around the water cooler nor the company picnic- it is a court of law. If they act like that with an audience, how badly do they act without one. The defendant and the victims typically don't find much amusement in others' amusement.

I personally want no reason for her to appeal due to ineffective counsel.

In the Watts or Frazee case, the addresses were redacted on witnesses who were friends or neighbor type of people.

I'm not sure if the missing addresses on this list are all redactions, because some of the federal agency and police department addresses are missing. Honestly, it looks like this list was hastily compiled. That's ok. The names are there and that's what's important.

Some possible witnesses that stand out to me: Liana Stauch, Car wash employee, Nintendo employee, DEA (agent?), Coroner
Re: the Coroner;
The witness’ name (NS) is associated with Butler County, Ohio Coroner's Office:
Butler County Coroner's Office

And the witness appears to be the office secretary:
No cause of death in Middletown body dump

From TS’ first husband’s/her daughter’s father’s obituary:
“Mr. [CMH] ... and departed this life on Thursday, October 2, 2014 in Cincinnati, OH.” (BBM)
Obituary for Chance M Hunt | Revels Funeral Home, Lumberton, NC

Cincinnati is located in Hamilton County, which is to the immediate south of Butler County. The Butler County Coroner’s Office is located in the town of Hamilton, which is only about 30 miles from Cincinnati.

My guess is that the Butler County Coroner’s Office somehow ended up performing CMH’s autopsy (e.g., via contract with Hamilton County; maybe he was working in Cincinnati/Hamilton County but actually died in Butler County, etc.), and the investigators working on Gannon’s case contacted them to request a copy of the autopsy report or coroner’s report. This would explain why only the office secretary’s name is in the document, rather than the pathologists or the investigators, IMO. I have heard that CMH was killed in an accident but have not been able to confirm.

Interesting finds:
-Memorial Hospital Security
-Denver PD officer based out of DIA (maybe tracking LS' travel).
-Nintendo Product Support
-Three Petco Employees including one in loss prevention!!!
-Ring Law Enforcement Specialist
-HH
-Laina (I will never call her by her initials since they are the same as her SM.)
-Any others?

Didn't see RD, but maybe he doesn't qualify since he didn't witness anything, just provided material. Or, does another neighbor have better material?

Also, coroner mentioned is with Butler County. There is no Butler County in CO. There is one in Ohio, just adjacent to Hamilton County which houses Cincy where LS' ex passed away.

I'm thinking about Gannon, and where he may be. I don't think she concealed him at a spot where she murdered him. I think he would have been found if that were the case.

So, I think she killed him outside the truck, and moved him from that location right away, or she returned to that location and moved him at a later time, or he was killed in the truck and placed wherever he is now.

Been wondering about that white thing in RD video. Not the hat thing... the other white thing.

Shopping bag to plug truck exhaust... while she "was exercising with [her] headphones in and didn't hear him leave [this world]?

In the D2 document where the defense asks that LE does not try to obtain records regarding the defendant, including records for drug and alcohol addiction, it seems to imply that TS has some sort of history of addiction. They also mention military records. I'm not sure what all that means.

Why would they specify those two things in particular?

Imo

Huge list. Who names a convenience store *advertiser censored*&Go? Somebody skipped the focus groups on that one.

It’s possible some of the businesses are providing security camera footage that captured her vehicle. JMO

ETA looks like that's also in Ohio
