I have in my notes that the Army and S&R teams searched this area on Feb 6th. That same day they searched the Big Johnson Reservoir and also near the MiLL National Training Center in that same area. I noted that same day they did the water search with the submersible in "undisclosed areas of water."

*note that there is someone from Widefield Water & Sanitation Dept. listed on the witness list which would be in charge of that area.

Not sure DP is such a deterrent or “punishment.” I’d pray I got the DP over spending even one second in any jail. I think it’s more of a relief for them then being in a germ-ridden cage the rest of their life surrounded by violent, loud, and scary offenders. I personally am for the DP just to eradicate them from Earth so they don’t cause anymore harm, but honestly I think most of them hope for it.

I think that was my biggest??? from the witness list. Would they deal ONLY with illicit drugs? Maybe they are an 'anti-witness' like "A, B, and C drugs are not an issue in this are of Colorado" ?? (Like I suspect the 'blood spatter expert' is there to rule out bloody areas for bloody nose/foot injuries) MOO

Some wives are while others let hubby do it as some guys are particular about their cars. :rolleyes:
Wondering because if TS let AS do it when he was at home-- it would've been out of character for her to decide to get the vehicle(s) cleaned.
May turn out to be nothing.
But still interesting.

TS has had past 'interactions' with LE in this ... arena ? (Not her first rodeo ?)

I hate typing this but need to for justice for Gannon ; and we're not going to give up and stop helping him, ever !
We participate in this forum to help find justice for the victims and that is all.

As to count 1 :
LE know he is dead at the hands of TS. What is so sad are the words, "in a position of trust with respect to the victim..."
How despicable that the one person whose care he was in betrayed that trust !

As to count 2 : LE know that TS abused him prior to his death. How long this went on we may never know.
Unfortunately the step mom's daughter whom she brought into the cousin Itt interview will have a lot of evidence from memory of having to live in that household.
The daughter is no doubt a victim of TS' controlling and mind games.

As to count 3 and 4 : The worst ones of all imo, and hints at the evidence collected by LE.
It sounds like TS "...Willfully destroyed, mutilated, concealed, removed, or altered a human body...with intent to impair its' verity or availability..."

I wonder if G caught TS up to no good and she raged at/ killed him. Maybe drugs, guys, stealing, maybe he heard her on the phone discussing something and she knew he’d tell his father. What was all of the bs about bath salts!? Maybe she was the one dealing in them. Way to make a quick buck when u can’t get a job bc of your rap sheet.
 
Also, the presence of both Enterprise and Avis on the list struck me as unusual.

Unless she didn't drive her own car to SC; and it seems kind of pointless not to drive her own car there, since she certainly couldn't leave it in Lorson Ranch... I wonder how long you can leave "own vehicles" in their airport parking lot?

wouldn’t it be wild if the truth was that she actually was headed there to get him treated and he died. But why wait all night, unless she actually thought whatever she did wasn’t going to be lethal. You never know. Some people aren’t that smart. I could definitely see a juror buying it, unless they have some really damning evidence to prove otherwise, like she brought a gun and bullets or some other implement of murder.

IIRC LE still had LS car when she was in SC. i believe that she said it in the telephone conversation ? but i haven’t relistened to confirm.

the location of the enterprise doesn’t really “fit” to me, but then i remembered their tagline “we’ll pick you up” could this account for some hypothetical frantic looking outside of windows while shopping ? waiting for enterprise to pick her up?

or it’s a big nothing and LS tried to rent a car there but was unsuccessful for any number of reasons.
 
I have a feeling there will be a lot of bombs dropped at trial, if she doesn’t plead or top herself first. I think she was up to a lot when daddy was away, which was often by most accounts. Maybe drugs, money laundering, maybe even prostitution, who knows. Maybe she made money on the web, if you know what I mean. Someone mentioned her selling designer purses online. High priced escorts launder money through gifts of designer purses. That’s how they get paid, then they turn around and sell them online for cash.
